This is the first time I have been to this dealer since I was visiting the area from Canada. I was impressed with the fact that the owner greets callers with a personal welcome on the dealership's telephone was visiting the area from Canada. It gave me a sense of confidence that he is interested in my business. Since I am from out of state, I was not too sure how quickly I would be able to have the problem with my car rectified. To my surprise I was given an appointment within 4 hours of having made a call to the dealership and the problem was corrected within 6 hours. Based on my experience with a number of dealerships over the years, the service this dealership offers is outstanding. The Receptionist, Deidre Lacombe, who initially took my call and Chuck, the Service Advisor were exceedingly helpful. Thank You Critz Motors for your excellent service. More
