This is the only dealership after searching for a week through the whirlwind of dealerships that made my car buying experience actually pleasant. Kathryn was and is an absolute God send- and the only reason I drove 4 and a 1/2 hours 1 way from North Carolina to see this vehicle. Definitely ask for Kathryn if you are considering a used car with this dealership. Yoy will not be disappointed. Her honesty, transparency, and absolute professionalism made her a pleasure to work with.. Great with people would be an understatement as she truly made me feel like family from the 1st phone call. Greg and the financial team there gave me a no nonsense offer that I couldn't refuse and treated me like a human being Instead of a number- and I am very grateful for that. Criswell agreed to a price over the phone and promised to "hold" the vehicle until the next day. Despite their promise, the next day they claimed to have sold it to someone else upon opening for business. Ge "hold" the vehicle until the next day. Gene Hoffman sent me a text (rather than even the courtesy of a call) with the unethical reversal and indicated that Sales Director Mark Valcich sold the vehicle, despite having agreed to hold it (per Gene) the night before.
