In looking for an auto, I went first to a dealer I had used before with successful results. Criswell was that dealership. My experience was wonderful, the staff were friendly, customer service oriented, used before with successful results. Criswell was that dealership. I could not ask for a more accomodating nor fair package that was put together for my wife and I. I give the dealership and the individuals I worked with the highest rating possible. They have a very satisfied custormer and I intend to bring my ongoing service work to this same dealership. It is a reassuring feeling to be able to go back to a dealership where you have had a positive experience in the past and continue to have the same experience today. I had been in the market for a 2008 Acura TL for a couple of months. I shopped at all of the major Acura dealerships - Radley, Pohanka, Chevy Chase and Frankel. I just could not find a TL that met all of my expectations. I live only 5 miles from Pohanka but I drove from Northern Virginia to Annapolis to purchase my 2008 Acura TL at Criswell. Why.... I feel that I got the best overall price and the car was in excellent condition compared to the other 2008 TL's that I drove. Criswell's customer service was top notch. I was also impressed with how nice the the Criswell dealership looked - very modern. I would recommend Criswell Acura to anyone. Both the Sales Manager and Salesperson (Alan & Dwayne) were excellent to deal with. I was impressed with their tenure at the dealership and their overall Acura knowledge. I came in on the last day of the month and I received an outstanding deal. I was in and out of the dealership in just under an hour with my Acura TL. That definitely exceeded my expectation. After having my TL for about 6 weeks, I love it. If I had to do it again, I would drive all the back to Criswell to make my purchase. The other day I had an issue with my wheels (rims)so I called Alan Hannon. He was very helpful and asked me to come in to get the problem fixed. They treat you like family and my experience there has been a great one. I would definitely recommend all the services they provide because they do care about the customer and if one is not satisfied they will make sure you will be. We came into the dealership deciding between a TL Type S at Criswell and another dealership. Dwayne was a very helpful and friendly salesperson explaining all of the key features of the car. What impressed me the most was the customer service and the fairness in the price of the vehicle. The two cars we were looking at were practically the same as far as price, miles, and interior. The only real difference on the car at Criswell was that there were more exterior blemishes than on the car we were looking at elsewhere. To my surprise Dwayne stepped up to the plate and offered to fix the areas that I was concerned about because he truley cared that I loved the car I was going to buy. Any other salesperson I've dealt with in the past would have never offered. The car came back from the auto body shop looking practically brand new and we were more than pleased with the appearance! Since we couldn't take the car off the lot the day we bought it b/c it needed to be completed at the body shop Mike Scandora drove it to our home when it was finished and took a lot of time to explain to us how to car worked in detail from using the Bluetooth to the navigation and seat adjustments. Since we've never had a car with such technology this tutorial was very helpful to my husband and I and we're more than grateful for the time Mike took with us. We'd definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends and was an overall GREAT car buying experience! More

Every person I talked with was very helpful. My salesman was off the day after I first visited the showroom, so another man took me for a test drive. I have dealt with this dealership for 8 years and this is the 2nd car I've purchased from them. THey will do anything they can to make sure you are happy with the car you have purchased. The price is compettative, using Edmonds TMV price as a gauge. However you won't walk out of there exhausted. After the sale they will do everything they can to make sure yoiu know how everything about the vehicle you purchsed. THis is a community dealership that considers itself a part of the community. My experience at Criswell was very pleasant - something you don't hear often about the car buying process. My beautiful 2008 MDX, which I bought new at this dealer, was recently totalled, so I was relucta you don't hear often about the car buying process. My beautiful 2008 MDX, which I bought new at this dealer, was recently totalled, so I was reluctantly looking for a replacement vehicle. I wanted to spend less, so I shopped other brands, including Honda and Mazda. On a whim I stopped by Criswell to check out their MDXs and ended up looking at their used inventory. I was very impressed with the cars, but mostly with the customer service I received from Alan Hannon and Dwayne Jennings. They were very knowledgeable about the car and brand, and eager to help without being overbearing. Long story short, I opted to purchase a Certified, pre-owned MDX instead of another brand's new product. The Acura is much nicer than everything else I shopped, and the addidional warranty included with the certified cars makes purchasing used essentially risk-free. When it came time to negotiate, Alan offered a fair price with no hassles. Friends had warned me not to negotiate alone, as they said car salesmen typically don't give women the best price. I decided to risk it, and was very plased with the outcome. I was treated fairly and didn't feel like anyone was talking down to me. It is refershing to purchase from a dealer who does not use high pressure sales tactics, is well-informed, and actually nice to deal with. I haven't found time yet, but I was strongly encouraged to come back for a 1-2 hour lesson on how to use all the features of the car. These guys really want the customer to get the most out of the vehicle. (This one has more features than my original MDX did. The Navigation is awesome.) They're smart to offer extras like that. In my experience, this is a great car. I'm sorry mine was totalled, but it absorbed the impact of being broadsided on the driver door by a large truck, pulling a trailer, at high speed - and I walked away essentially unharmed. I can't say enough about the Acura safety features. This was my third purchase at Criswell Acura/Audi. All three have been good experiences, but this most recent one was the easiest of all. I would recommend the Acura brand and especially the Criswell dealership for its honest and friendly staff to anyone in the market for a new or used car. More

Given the amount of time it has been since we last purchased a vehicle, we were a bit hesitant to dive right into the process but the staff we dealt with at Criswell Acura, including Alan Hannon, Ryan Sturdivant and Lamont, were all very helpful and friendly. It truly made the experience less stressful and we would defintely recommend this dealer to anyone else looking for the same type of car. We feel like we received a very fair price in the range we expected to pay and can honestly say we found the staff to be extremely courteous with no "car salesman" pressures we experienced with a few other dealers in the area. Overall a great car buying experience and would return in the future. More
