I spent almost 2 months looking for a great deal and I searched a 600 mile radius for that deal. I found exactly what I was looking for 300 miles a way at Criswell Acura in Annapolis, MD. I was very nervous about driving 300 miles from Raleigh, NC to Annapolis for a car I had not yet seen in person. Dwayne Jennings (my Sales Consultant) took extra pictures of the vehicle for me and was available for all questions I had prior to coming up to Annapolis, MD. Dwayne was gracious enough to give me a tour of Annapolis while I test drove the car. Once at the dealership, the actual transaction was excellent! I was given a fair trade for my vehicle and after the extended test drive, I was in and out with my new car in about an hour. Far better than previous experiences I've had at other dealerships. Dwayne also went over the functions of the car extensively before I drove off the lot. That helped tremendously since there is a lot to know about operating the TL. Once I got the car home, Alan Hannon (Sales Manager) worked closely and professionally with me to resolve a couple very minor issues with the car that I had noticed after I drove off the lot. Over all, dealing with Alan and Dwayne was by far the best experience I've had yet with buying a new or used car. I would not hesitate in the future to drive the extra distance for another great deal and stress-free experience with Alan, Dwayne, and Criswell Acura. More

Overall, my experience was pleasant. Criswell Acura was the only dealership I physically visited and test drove. Scott Staley (salesman) was an extremely patient and kind salesman and never pushed me into any car. This was my first car purchase in 9 years, so I was a little rusty in the car purchasing department, but I am very pleased by his demeanor and overall salesmanship. Lamont Randal is the Sales Manager, who was extremely friendly and truly always had my overall interest at heart. I truly appreciate Lamont and his willingness to go up and beyond to ensure that my overall purchase experience was smooth and coordinated. There was a small issue with the overall financing, which I was NOT happy about, and he instantly made me happy with his quick and efficient resolution. This is my first Acura and I have enjoyed it so much! I will continue to recommend both Acura and Criswell Acura to family and friends who are in the market to purchase a new (or used) car. THANKS! My experience at Criswell Acura is one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. My salesman, Stefano, was very patient, very good at explaining the features on the car and allowed me to ta car-buying experiences I have ever had. I had a chance to test drive the car at highway speeds and also on country roads at lower speeds to get a feel for the handling. Very enjoyable test drive. All the sales and managerial staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to get me the best deal that I could make considering that I was carrying huge amounts of negative equity. But I carry that equity no more thanks to Criswell Acura. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy an Acura. These people know their product inside and out and can answer any question (no matter how silly or insignificant it is). I normally find the financing part of the deal the most stressful and that was not the case this time around. Tim did an excellent job of explaining everything and it was a quick and efficient experience this time around to which I can only say HALLELUJAH! We came into the dealer looking for a car for our son. They explained that the buyer was to return that afternoon and they couldn't in good conscience sell the car to us unless the other customers did not return as they had promised to with a check. We felt this was unfortunate for us but was the right thing for the dealer to do. We waited almost 2 hours but the other buyers did show up. Josh and Alan were very professional and promised to aggressively look for another car for us. We eventually found another vehicle but weren't confident enough about it to close the deal at a dealership down the street from them. Josh called my husband about a trade just made and we went in to look at it the same day. We liked the car and discussed how to make it more sporty for our son. We asked them about getting it pin striped and putting a spoiler on it, which they were able to do without going over our budget for the car. We felt they provided exceptional customer service and are really impressed with how they handled both situations with the first and second car. We bought the car and surprised our son with it on Friday, 26March. He loves the car and we are thrilled! Thanks for making this such a good experience for all of us. More
