The reason I gave this review such high marks is because of the quality of personnel that work there. I had know Mr. Hannon from when I purchased my first Acura seven years ago and he still remains cordial of the quality of personnel that work there. I had know Mr. Hannon from when I purchased my first Acura seven years ago and he still remains cordial, helpful and knowledgable. I just purchased a beautiful Acura RDX from a friendly salesperson(Alex Shovchonko), a great Finance Manager (Tim) who worked with me to get the best financing, and Mr. Hannon who made me feel confident and proud to be buying one of his cars. The last thing he said to me was to call him or bring the car back if I had any questions and someone there would give me a run through again of how the car works. A good dealership has good autos and good people running it. I was lucky to find both in Criswell Acura. One last thing, buying a new car can be stressful but this morning with the car sitting in my driveway I am not stressed but as happy and as proud as a new owner of a great car should be. Thank you to the people at Criswell Acura who helped me make the right decision in car shopping for me. More
My wife and I came in simply to window shop. Stefano approached us and was extremely professional, honest and friendly. We also met Mike the Assistant Sales Manager, he was fantastic. Took my car in for an oil change, and walked out with a new MDX. Both Mark (service) and Lamont were fantastic to work with. From the minute I was introduced to Allen, my experience was wonderful at Criswell. This was the first time that I didn't feel pressured and actually didn't mind returning to the dealership multiple times was wonderful at Criswell. This was the first time that I didn't feel pressured and actually didn't mind returning to the dealership multiple times since Mike and Allen were so nice to chat with. When Allen was promoted, Mike gave us that same personalized service. Allen even took time out of his day to return any questions we called with, and stopped by to see us when we were on the lot working with Mike. This may be the first time I've ever truly enjoyed a car I've driven off the lot with! Thank you!!! More
Had a good experience while purchasing my new MDX with Tech package. Had a little better quote from Laurel dealership but worth it to stay local and work with the dealership I will do service with. My initial contact and visit with Mr. Hannon at this dealership was very pleasant relaxed. I found that he did not exhibit the typical "overbearing and pushy" salesperson that I had initially prepared dealership was very pleasant relaxed. I found that he did not exhibit the typical "overbearing and pushy" salesperson that I had initially prepared myself to deal with. The atmosphere was relaxed and he was very "down to earth". What I found even more refreshing is that he did not try to pressure me into buying all the latest options and accessories during my experience. In talking with me in detail and asking questions regarding my driving habits, daily routine, likes and dislikes, etc.; he offered suggestions on what might be more beneficial or best suited for me and also what would not be ecomomically suitable. I really appreciated this because for myself and I'm sure the majority of people, the purchase of an automobile is one of the most important and largest investments of a lifetime and we all want to make sure we get the most for our money without going over budget. Another thing that I appreciated during this experience is that even though there are instruction mannuals with the vehicle; he is willing to and is taking the time to demonstrate and make sure that I am well informed about the operation and function of my vehicle. I am not a technology savvy individual, but his relaxed and personable one on one instructions makes me feel more comfortable and actually excited to learn all the different things my MDX can do. The hospitality was appreciated also, knowing the "delevery" process of a new vehicle can sometimes be long, I was extended the invitation to have lunch there at the dealership, which I did take advantage of. Overall, I had a great experience there and even though this dealership is pretty far from where I live (about 40-45 minutes) I will be returning not only for additionaly technology instruction but to have my car serviced as needed. After a fair amount of research and shopping around, we purchased a 2009 certified Acura TL from Alan Hannan at Criswell Acura and were extremely satisfied with the process. So much so that we bypassed several Acura dealers that were much closer to our home. Value - We may have left a few dollars on the table, but if we did, the amount was insignificant compared to the service we got Knowledgeable - Alan knew his product and took the time to walk us thru the many features of the car and the purchase options. Concern for His Customers - Alan spent the time to set up the many options in the electronics package with us. He probably spent over two hours with us during the delivery to sync our phones, set up the stereo, teach us about the individualized passenger options, and configure the GPS. He called us several times after we took delivery to validate that things were working and see if we needed additional help. Scheduling - Alan worked around our schedule to purchase and take delivery of the car. Attention to Detail - Alan focused on the details of the purchase process so we did not spend a lot of wasted time going thru the actual purchase process Positive Attitude - Very patient with my wife and I as we learned the electronics on the car, which are very elaborate. Listened - I told Alan exactly what I wanted and when I wanted to buy. He listened, followed thru without being pushing and delivered what I had asked for. I know that Criswell is an extra 20 miles away from the closest Acura dealer to my home, but the customer service provided by Alan was well worth the extra drive. More
