Having missed an appointment due to flooding at my home, I was able to get a timely appointment on 10/11 for 10/12. I arrived at 9 and was leaving at 10. The items discussed with Mr. Thomas, of possible concern, were addressed and the service targets achieved within an hour. He was helpful in making follow up suggestions re: some auto body concerns. As always, he was welcoming, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. The atmosphere in the waiting room was pleasant, the coffee GOOD, and I have no complaints, nor thoughts thereof. I was able to drive in right on time, and my service order was quickly completed. When there were other things detected that needed to be addressed or "kept on my radar screen", the technician explaine order was quickly completed. When there were other things detected that needed to be addressed or "kept on my radar screen", the technician explained them all to me and we were able to decide what additional repairs to add while I was at the dealership. Also, because the law has changed regarding handheld devices, I needed additional help with syncing my bluetooth phone to the car; mt service technician arranged for a sales person to accompany me outside when my car was ready and the action completed very quickly. Plus, I love being able to get my car wahsed while I'm there. More
I was satisfied overall but I was supposed to get my car washed & vacuumed for free as part of the service. When I received my car back the outside didn't really look clean & it was definitely not vacuumed washed & vacuumed for free as part of the service. I gave a high rating of 5 because the service was excellent. I called about a failing battery and received an appointment for the next morning which was much appreciated. The battery was under partial warrantay which I did not realize until I arrived and spoke to Christian in the Acura service department who explained about the replacement and how the cost was pro-rated etc. More

A piece of the right front door handle was broken during maintenance, but when I drew it to Christian's attention, he instantly agreed to take care of it for me at no additional charge. The entire team @ Criswell makes routine service easy. I always feel they give good information to help me make an intelligent decision on service. They are swift and responsive. On the occasions that car has needed to stay overnight they have been accommodating with a loaner. The service prices are fair. I could go cheaper with a small local shop but I would not get the continued value. Once you are in their system they regularly send coupons that are a good value. I am on my 3rd Acura and I would recommend Criswell over any other Baltimore Metro are dealer. They are the best in sales and service. More
