We NEVER want to upset you or make it difficult for you to do business with Criswell Acura. Your comments have led Criswell to review and implement a new process today and to reinforce how we would like to handle the appointment process. First, in the future, there is no need for you to make an appointment. Simply drive in and we will take care of any need you may have with your Acura. This goes for all of our customers. This has been going on for a few years now to make it easier for you. Second, if you feel more comfortable making an appointment, a service advisor will try to handle that for you. If not, the receptionist will make the appointment for you. Third, you can go to www.criswellacura.com and make the appointment online, thru our website. You choose which works best for you. Hi Shani, Thank you for your very positive rating for me and Criswell Acura! I noticed in your explaination a question about the B1 service. Typically, Criswell Acura will quote that type of service to INCLUDE Maryland state sales taxes and shop supplies to avoid any surprises from our customers. Most Acura service facilities do not. We have found that our customers are much happier receiving a TOTAL service price quote vs. having other items tacked on to the original quote.
