When it came to finalizing the deal it couldn't have gone smother with Bernie in finance and finally the most pleasant person you would ever want to hand a check to, Dawn. Wonderful experience! I had been to another dealership the day before and was in the process of buying a car but the sales manager was so unprofessional and rude that I lef I had been to another dealership the day before and was in the process of buying a car but the sales manager was so unprofessional and rude that I left. Such a bad experience the last two times I took my car there I would not take my car to this place again. They could not diagnose a simple problem, told me they had to do a battery load test so they could test I would not take my car to this place again. They could not diagnose a simple problem, told me they had to do a battery load test so they could test my TPMS and some other issues. Charged me 125.00 for an Acura battery (525 amps) to conduct the test, still could not diagnose the problem. In addition, I had just purchased a (750 amp) battery the week before, and they said it was not charged enough to conduct the battery load test) Had the 750 amp battery tested and it was still 1200+ volts and working good. Put the 750 am back in my car. I did not want to deal with them any more so I kept the Acura battery. The time before this, they charged me for a test hey said they could not do because I did not have the right keys. I had the same keys for 10 years when I purchased the car new. Ended up having to buy, from them another key ($110) Awful service...Beware. More

I am not big on posting feedback but my most recent service experience led me to this post. I had the pleasure of working with Jeanette Derry. Multiple things were going on with my car this time that caught me off guard. However, Jeanette went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on and sent email links with more info regarding the parts of my car that needed to be repaired. In addition, she worked hard to crunch the numbers to ensure I stayed as close as possible within my budget which was very important to me. Jeanette is very professional and really cares about pleasing her customers and providing a great customer experience. Kudos Jeanette!!! Look forward to working with you again! More
