Wonderful experience! Walked into Criswell the next day and bought a car without even a test drive. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Love my car and will buy my next car from Criswell. Such a bad experience the last two times I took my car there I would not take my car to this place again. They could not diagnose a simple problem, told me they had to do a battery load test so they could test I would not take my car to this place again. They could not diagnose a simple problem, told me they had to do a battery load test so they could test my TPMS and some other issues. Charged me 125.00 for an Acura battery (525 amps) to conduct the test, still could not diagnose the problem. In addition, I had just purchased a (750 amp) battery the week before, and they said it was not charged enough to conduct the battery load test) Had the 750 amp battery tested and it was still 1200+ volts and working good. Put the 750 am back in my car. I did not want to deal with them any more so I kept the Acura battery. The time before this, they charged me for a test hey said they could not do because I did not have the right keys. I had the same keys for 10 years when I purchased the car new. Ended up having to buy, from them another key ($110) Awful service...Beware. More

I am not big on posting feedback but my most recent service experience led me to this post. I had the pleasure of working with Jeanette Derry. Multiple things were going on with my car this time that caught me off guard. However, Jeanette went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on and sent email links with more info regarding the parts of my car that needed to be repaired. In addition, she worked hard to crunch the numbers to ensure I stayed as close as possible within my budget which was very important to me. Jeanette is very professional and really cares about pleasing her customers and providing a great customer experience. Kudos Jeanette!!! Look forward to working with you again! More

The dealership worked with me to get me pretty close to the price I wanted Honestly this was my best experience purchasing a car that I can remember. The dealership worked with me to get me pretty close to the price I wanted on the new car, and even helped get closer to the price I wanted for my trade in. In the past, other dealerships I had visited would give one number and then stone wall me, you could tell that Al and Criswell wanted my business and wanted me to be happy with the deal I received. The finance individual, Paul Daley (not listed below) was also fantastic to work with. He put me at ease with purchasing the extended warranty, and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing him when I asked to see the loan worked out in multiple ways (different packages, banks, finance rates). Honestly I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area, especially with my bad experiences at near-by non-Criswell dealerships. More
