My sales agent, Stefano Rinaldi, did an excellent job in working with me to find just the right car and a great price point. In my experience, this has rarely happened in the local Annapolis market. Previously, I have had to go out of my local market to make a purchase because locals dealers would not price match competitors 50 or more miles away. Fortunately, Stefano's sales manager, LaMond, was very accommodating and cooperative in the hunt and pricing of the RDX I wanted. Together, they delivered an excellent deal on the car I wanted. Criswell experience The first part of the day was spent trying to purchase an Acura at a Virginal Acura dealer. The first thing they told me was we don't go back and forth with you; we give you the best price up front. Needless to say I spent 4 hours at the dealership going back and forth about the price. Finally I decided that I had enough and I thanked them for their help and I left. My son called several Acura dealers in Maryland and explained to them that I wanted silver 2014 Acura MDX and I had my own financing. He contacted Criswell Acura and the salesman Gerry Jackson answered the phone. He took the information on the vehicle that we wanted to purchase and told us to come to the dealership so that we could sit down and talk about the vehicle. He took my information and said that he would talk to his manager and try to accommodate the price I was willing to pay. By the time we got to the dealership, Gerry had already done all of the legwork and was ready to make a deal. Gerry and his manager presented us with the price we were looking for. We agreed to the price and decided to purchase the vehicle. Gerry appeared to be a very young man but he was on his game, he was very professional, courteous, and respectful. I was surprised on how knowledgeable he was. He answered all of my questions, he even suggested that we try Acura financing because I could get a better rate than my credit union. I agreed and sure enough I got a better rate. There was no back and forth, no hassle, it was a great experience especially after the headache I went through with the Virginia dealership. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of my 2014 Acura MDX from Criswell Acura of Annapolis. I would recommend Gerry and Lamont to all of my friends and neighbors.
