Pleasurable purchase and smooth service I couldn't be more pleased with the team at Criswell Acura. After indicating I was in the market for a Certified used MDX, I was promptly directed to I couldn't be more pleased with the team at Criswell Acura. After indicating I was in the market for a Certified used MDX, I was promptly directed to Al Z. who assessed my needs and showed me the right car that fit the bill. Knowing I better look around I sampled other SUVs on the lot but came right back to Al's recommendation and bought a great car. Wanting a trailer hitch and some other things I was put in the capable hands of Mark S, in service who saw to it that everything was ordered and properly fitted to the car. When I took delivery, Al Z. and Alan H. where there to go over all the features of the car in detail. Even working with Jerry T. in financing the purchase was smooth. My hats off to the whole team. Recently I brought in my old, high mileage MDX and told Paul I just wanted to keep it safe and running until I buy a new car and, after the mechanic examined the MDX, Paul identified the issues that should be fixed now and those that could wait. Wonderful car shopping experience I am so happy with the entire process. When Christian J. contacted me regarding my trade in, I knew that I could rely on the staff at Criswell. Knowin I am so happy with the entire process. When Christian J. contacted me regarding my trade in, I knew that I could rely on the staff at Criswell. Knowing I needed a new vehicle, Ellen and Dana helped me with a loaner for a few days. Frank C. helped me research all my lease and purchase options. I discussed those options with Lamont, who assisted me with such kindness (over a cup of coffee). Frank and I went for a great test drive. He explained many of the features of the vehicle. I felt like my Criswell family was looking out for me. Even Dawn H. was friendly during the transfer of tags and financial transaction. Criswell not only gave me fair market value for my trade in, they also gave me a discount as a loyal Acura customer. From service to procurement, Criswell excelled in every way.
