We negotiated a great price prior to our arrival and were so pleased that there was absolutely no game playing or further negotiation when we arrived. The car was ready, the paperwork was exactly as we expected it to be and Frank and Lamont were a true pleasure to work with. Frank did a great job explaining all the car features. Financing with Dawn was also quick and seamless. We drove an hour to Criswell to get the color car we wanted and next time we will drive to the same dealer just because the great service was worth the trip. More

Great deal on a used car We weren't expecting to buy when we walked into Criswell on a rainy Saturday to look at some used Subaru's they had. But Vance Ellis did a great job s We weren't expecting to buy when we walked into Criswell on a rainy Saturday to look at some used Subaru's they had. But Vance Ellis did a great job showing us the cars and was willing to take our best offer to the manager despite a bit of a gap. To our surprise, the sales manager Alan was willing to take the offer to the general manager and we walked out with a great looking Subaru that night. The whole group was professional and really wanted us to get the best deal. They were also extremely accommodating of us having to tend to our 6 month old during the process. I would highly recommend these guys. They weren't high pressure and were a pleasure to work with. More

Pleasurable purchase and smooth service I couldn't be more pleased with the team at Criswell Acura. After indicating I was in the market for a Certified used MDX, I was promptly directed to I couldn't be more pleased with the team at Criswell Acura. After indicating I was in the market for a Certified used MDX, I was promptly directed to Al Z. who assessed my needs and showed me the right car that fit the bill. Knowing I better look around I sampled other SUVs on the lot but came right back to Al's recommendation and bought a great car. Wanting a trailer hitch and some other things I was put in the capable hands of Mark S, in service who saw to it that everything was ordered and properly fitted to the car. When I took delivery, Al Z. and Alan H. where there to go over all the features of the car in detail. Even working with Jerry T. in financing the purchase was smooth. My hats off to the whole team.
