We went to Criswell before we were ready to buy and asked to test drive a TLX and Stefano took us out for a spin, with no pressure to buy at that time. At least 6-8 weeks later we made an appointment with him to test drive the car again. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made the whole process of buying the car a good experience for us. He went online and checked neutral websites for selling prices in the area, which helped us in our negotions. He even offered to write the check...as long as WE signed it! Jerry Todd in Finance did not pressure us to purchase any extended options, which we appreciated. All in all, a great buying experience. More

54000 mile service I only trust Criswell Acura service to perform maintenance (and repair if the MDX wasnt such a solid vehicle as to almost never require repair :-) ). I only trust Criswell Acura service to perform maintenance (and repair if the MDX wasnt such a solid vehicle as to almost never require repair :-) ). While they cost more than other quick service national chains, only Criswell has the knowledge, experience, customer service/focus that not only reinforces the Acura Luxury brand, it provides a level of confidence to trust their judgement and creates a positive working relationship. Poor after customer service CriswellAcura I heard good things great reviews about the dealership took my brand new Acura MDX for the first service thinking that I will be gettin CriswellAcura I heard good things great reviews about the dealership took my brand new Acura MDX for the first service thinking that I will be getting the same service well unfortunately, It is not the same I am very disappointed in their service.They said car wash and vacuum is included in the service, nothing was done no vacuum car was brought back as is, when I questioned the Service guy Mr. John he says this is not the detailing place and when I pointed the dust on the wheels he says that was the break dust. I took some pictures inside of my car. Bottom line please don't go to Criswell Acura you will be disappointed .they say something and do some thing customers be ware. More
