I love Criswell Acura/Audi Criswell Acura/Audi has the best employees. I say Acura/Audi because even though I purchased an Acura everyone gave me a very pleasant experience. My salesman Al Zayas was great he even came in on his off day to help me through the buying process. The buying process didn't take as long as I though but during the process Al was nice enough to entertain my 5 year twin boys by turning on cartoons for their entertainment while we chatted. I actually stopped by Criswell before going to the another dealership and ended up back at Criswell Acura so I felt it was me to be. Gerry Jackson at Criswell (New Cars) I met him on both occasions and he has to be the happiest and most helpful guy while even tending to other customers. He was one of the deciding factors for to come back to Criswell. Jerry in financing was straight to the point and did waste my time he really got the job done. Now the other reason was running into Al at a local Target store. . All in all Al said he could help and he sure did, thanks Al Z.! More

Oil Change I went in for an oil change today and met with Christian my normal Service Advisor. I was surprised how busy the shop was this morning given the Chri I went in for an oil change today and met with Christian my normal Service Advisor. I was surprised how busy the shop was this morning given the Christmas holiday. (thought people would be shopping.) I was very pleased with my experience today. Service was timely for as busy as the dealership was. I thought my car needed extra fluid services today but was advised that it wasn't due based on the maintenance minder. Nice surprise around this time of year. Christian is always professional and polite. More
