Very Positive Buying Experience Can't say enough in praise for the great job done by my salesperson, Kae Engel, at Criswell Acura. Although the car I was purchasing was a 4 year old Can't say enough in praise for the great job done by my salesperson, Kae Engel, at Criswell Acura. Although the car I was purchasing was a 4 year old Honda Accord, I was treated the same as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. Kae was welcoming, personable and thoroughly professional in her handling of the sale. Her knowledge of cars in general and of the particular car I was buying was awesome and extremely helpful. She spent a good part of the afternoon going over all the features and functions this car had to offer, patiently responding to all my questions and comments. Additionally, all the other staff at Criswell that I came in contact with, either in person or on the phone, were always friendly, courteous and helpful. Based on my buying experience, I would certainly recommend Criswell Acura to anyone. The car was priced very appropriately and fairly, without the need for any further dealing. I'm glad I made the 70 mile trip from Frederick to make this purchase. Great job, Kae and Criswell. More

Fast courteous service A++ My appt was a 4pm for an oil change and service. Mark was pleasant to deal with at the end of a long day. The service dept did a 10 point inspection, My appt was a 4pm for an oil change and service. Mark was pleasant to deal with at the end of a long day. The service dept did a 10 point inspection, rotated and balanced my tires, topped off fluids, and fully cleaned my car inside and out. All that and they had me in and out of there in 30 mins. I love Criswell Acura/Audi Criswell Acura/Audi has the best employees. I say Acura/Audi because even though I purchased an Acura everyone gave me a very pleasant experience. My salesman Al Zayas was great he even came in on his off day to help me through the buying process. The buying process didn't take as long as I though but during the process Al was nice enough to entertain my 5 year twin boys by turning on cartoons for their entertainment while we chatted. I actually stopped by Criswell before going to the another dealership and ended up back at Criswell Acura so I felt it was me to be. Gerry Jackson at Criswell (New Cars) I met him on both occasions and he has to be the happiest and most helpful guy while even tending to other customers. He was one of the deciding factors for to come back to Criswell. Jerry in financing was straight to the point and did waste my time he really got the job done. Now the other reason was running into Al at a local Target store. . All in all Al said he could help and he sure did, thanks Al Z.! More
