We keep going back there because they provide tremendous service and at the end of the sales experience we feel treated fairly and that we ended up with a "win-win" deal. This time, Alan Hannon was welcoming and friendly and accommodated all our needs. He helped us choose a beautiful 2014 TL w/Tech which had been used as a loaner. The mileage was very low and the price was tremendous based upon our pre-purchase internet research. Alan also rewarded us well for our loyalty over the years during our discussion of price. Vance Ellis made it easy to put all the preliminary paperwork together, went with us for a great test drive and helped us understand all of the intricate technical aspects of our new car. It was like spending time with an old friend. Then, while we were waiting to finalize the paperwork, George Criswell came down and personally thanked us for our loyalty over the years. He really made us feel like part of the Criswell family. My wife and I can't imagine a better car buying experience and recommend Criswell Acura to anyone thinking about a pre-owned or new Acura. Amazing Buying Experience I don't know if there is enough space in this review for me to say how happy I am with my experience at Criswell Acura. 12 years ago I bought my first I don't know if there is enough space in this review for me to say how happy I am with my experience at Criswell Acura. 12 years ago I bought my first new car from Alan. In my search for pre-owned cars now I came across a Chevy Equinox Criswell happened to have and low and behold I cannot believe Alan was still working there and I would get to have the pleasure of dealing with him again. Although I wasn't purchasing an Acura the amount of service I was given was above and beyond! From the time I walked in until the time I left I was greeted with introductions, hand shakes, and smiles. The amount of care Alan put into selling me this car was amazing. He even test drove it, and checked every button, light, and gadget in the car to make sure I was getting an A+ vehicle and then took his time showing me every bell and whistle it has to offer! And then came financing and Jerry did everything he could to get me the best possible rate and payments for my car! I would HIGHLY recommend Alan and his team at Criswell Acura and will be referring everyone I can who is in the market to purchase a car. Thank you all again!! More

Very Positive Buying Experience Can't say enough in praise for the great job done by my salesperson, Kae Engel, at Criswell Acura. Although the car I was purchasing was a 4 year old Can't say enough in praise for the great job done by my salesperson, Kae Engel, at Criswell Acura. Although the car I was purchasing was a 4 year old Honda Accord, I was treated the same as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. Kae was welcoming, personable and thoroughly professional in her handling of the sale. Her knowledge of cars in general and of the particular car I was buying was awesome and extremely helpful. She spent a good part of the afternoon going over all the features and functions this car had to offer, patiently responding to all my questions and comments. Additionally, all the other staff at Criswell that I came in contact with, either in person or on the phone, were always friendly, courteous and helpful. Based on my buying experience, I would certainly recommend Criswell Acura to anyone. The car was priced very appropriately and fairly, without the need for any further dealing. I'm glad I made the 70 mile trip from Frederick to make this purchase. Great job, Kae and Criswell. More

Fast courteous service A++ My appt was a 4pm for an oil change and service. Mark was pleasant to deal with at the end of a long day. The service dept did a 10 point inspection, My appt was a 4pm for an oil change and service. Mark was pleasant to deal with at the end of a long day. The service dept did a 10 point inspection, rotated and balanced my tires, topped off fluids, and fully cleaned my car inside and out. All that and they had me in and out of there in 30 mins.
