He has kept in touch since then with a few phone calls and emails mentioning specials and just keeping in touch without pressuring us an any way. Today, my husband and I leased a new RDX! Stefano, as usual, was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable and helped to make the entire process very smooth. Jerry Todd, in finance made our financing very smooth and efficient! He was extremely knowledgable and personable as well. In all, unlike other dealerships that we have been to,I have found all the staff to always be friendly, helpful, and upbeat. I have to say that over the years, Stefano and Jerry were the best car dealership professionals that I have ever dealt with! More

I hope our positive experience will assist other people to find the right place to spend your hard earned money and feel good about doing it. That is why we chose to come to Criswell of Annapolis. We had the absolute pleasure, to work with salesman Al Zayas (we highly recommend). He is well experienced, and a breath of fresh air to work with. We realized right away, that he treated us, like he would like to be treated. He took nothing for granted during our conversations, provided no undo pressure and was able to work out a fair trade for our car and purchase price of an Acura automobile. Also we want to thank Alan Hannon, the Sales Manager, for making this a smooth transaction. We could tell by his actions, that he is very passionate about his job. We were impressed how he took time to explain to us, his process regarding our trade in and his best offer for the Acura we bought. This was greatly appreciated. In closing, we found the Criswell staff offered us a culture, that is well suited to make car buying a better experience. More

Our sales rep, Stefano, was very knowledgable about the MDX. He advised that the CPO vehicle was the "deal", but the colors, etc., we're not exactly what we wanted. As we entered discussion of a new 2015, he was helpful regarding the warranty questions and the price. We left with the idea that he and Criswell dealt with us, understood our needs and budget. Stefano was nice enough to print for me a comparison of both Acuras to a Honda Pilot, which helped me decide on the RDX. After getting certificates from other dealers from Truecar through my credit union to get an idea about the price that I should pay, I returned and worked with Jason to decide which RDX was best for me. He matched the lowest offer from the Truecar dealers, I didn't try to get him to go lower so I don't know if you could get an even better deal on 2015 models now that 2016s are coming in but I got the feeling that you could if you felt like negotiating. The actual purchase paperwork with Jason and Jerry went smoothly, everything was explained when I had questions. Jason set up some of the controls for me and explained how all the features worked. I would say that the whole experience was fairly stress free because I had the certificates to give me a starting point and didn't feel like I had to fight about the price. More

Great customer service at Criswell Acura I recently purchased an Acura MDX from Criswell Acura. It was one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had. I worked with Stefano Rinaldi and J I recently purchased an Acura MDX from Criswell Acura. It was one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had. I worked with Stefano Rinaldi and Jerry Todd At Criswell. Stefano had made an extra effort to accomodate my needs and met me at 9 am even though he was not scheduled to work. Upon my arrival, the car that I had requested was already there. He matched the quote that I received from another dealer further away. Their processing fee is $300 compared to $600 in Virgina which saved me $300 as wel. Paperwork was done quickly and smoothly. He never pressured me to add options. I also traded in my old car which I felt I got a fair price on. He also took the time to introduce me to the service team which I would be dealing with in the future. Prior to leaving, he helped me connect my phone via bluetooth. The next day, I also received a call from Stefano to see if I had any questions. This was overall an excellent, no pressure experience. Stefano was honest, friendly, and upfront, not pushy like some sales people I have dealt with in the past. Customer service is top notch! I would highly recommend Criswell Acura. More

Over the course of a couple months span Jason periodically checked in with me and mother to see where we were in our buying process. There is a special genuineness in Jason through the exceptional work he does at Criswell which is a great reflection of his personal character.
