Not the usual car buying experience, and that's good! My husband and I knew we wanted a new vehicle and had 4 different models to try out. Acura was our last and it was my favorite. Stefano Rinadli was the sales person that greeted us and worked with us. We told him we were just testing cars but would have an answer one way or the other soon. He didn't try to push us into the car, asked questions, listened to the strange things I wanted in a car and it was a very good experience. I always dread the car buying scenario but this time it was effortless. I appreciated the time he gave me when I when to buy my car last night and felt the Stefano was very knowledgeable. New RDX We met with our salesman, they reviewed our trade in, then made us an offer in a timely manner. We countered and they accepted our offer. I recently purchased an Acura RDX from Criswell Acura and can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the minute I walked in the showroom until the moment I drove our new car off the lot I was treated like I was the most important person at the dealership. The gentleman who greeted me immediately asked if I needed assistance and even offered me something to drink and eat. He went and found the salesman I was looking for, Alan Hannon, and the car buying experience was underway. Alan greeted me and made me feel like we have known each other for years. There was no pressure from Alan at anytime and he took the time to really go over all my options in deciding to buy a new or used car. I brought my ten year old daughter with me and you could tell by Alan's interaction with her that he has children of his own. He made her feel like she was part of the decision making process which helped keep her from becoming bored and making it tough on a parent. Once a decision was made I was impressed with how fast the entire transaction took. The loan application, the car being cleaned / detailed and filled with gas and the installation of the license plates all took place in record time. We were even given a tutorial on how to use all the "tech system" features on the car. You can tell how much Alan likes his job. His customer service is outstanding and I can see why I was referred to him. I am definitely a Criswell fan for life and when its time for my daughter to purchase her car (in another six years) I no exactly where we will be heading and we will definitely ask for Alan! I never felt any pressure to buy as they were more concerned with me getting a car that fits my need. They were open and honest about the vehicle and even provided me with their service records for the car. Alan Hannon has coached my son’s baseball team for 7 years now so I’ve always known him to be tremendously generous with his time and just a stand-up individual on the baseball field. He took time explaining all the features of the vehicle, even when he had to repeat them for me later. The negotiation process was smooth. I felt like I got a fair trade on my vehicle.
