Wow, what a great experience and transaction! Great People! I have to say that Vance Ellis is an awesome fellow to work with when buying a car!! I searched high and low on the internet for a great price on a low-mileage, used MDX and Criswell had one. Vance contacted me and worked with me on the price to get me into my comfort zone and I then went in to see the car. Everything was perfect including a very fair price. Vance also introduced me to Alan Hannon who helped on the pricing and also gave me a great deal of background on the car including maintenance work Criswell had just performed, well ahead of the recommended maintenance schedule, saving me a substantial amount of money over the next few years. Dawn Harper was very helpful as well!! These guys are the real deal, they are as nice as can be and project an awesome image for Criswell. I will be back to Criswell and you should go there as well!!! A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! More

These guys made the process smooth and comfortable. I didn't feel like I was dealing with snakes. Their attitude is all about service, and they have fun. The used Acura Mdx I purchased was an original from their lot, purchase and serviced there it's whole life. I knew they weren't selling me junk, plus the price was right! They financed me even with the older vehicle and a peppered credit history. Not to mention, when I discovered there was a faulty power lock actuator they promptly fixed it, no questions asked. It sure makes car buying a whole lot easier when you feel comfortable with the people you are buying from. Thanks guys More

Most folks I know dread the "ordeal" of buying a car. Setefano made the entire experience a pleasure! I was, in fact, not looking forward to the thought of buying a car myself. I was in need of a new car- quickly. The Honda Accord I was driving, while in great shape and low mileage for a 2007, but it had a 6-speed manual transmission. Not a problem until a knee injury, and pending surgery made it painful to drive. I have had to deal with a number of daunting tasks in the last few months as I lost my husband of 36 years recently. Buying this car was the first time ever I had to do this on my own. Stefano was extremely sensitive to my situation and made everything painless from start to finish. I truly feel like I made a friend in Stephano! He sat in the car and gave me a guided tour throughout the vehicle, and followed up with me several times.
