I traveled the 70 miles to Annapolis for a 2015 Acura ILX and left with a 2016. After emailing back and forth I decided to make the trip because I really liked Stefano and believed he was gonna work to make me happy and get me the best deal when I arrived and I was right. Purchased a new vehicle with a trade I had done my homework, so really it was just a matter of confirming what I was hoping for by the on-site and behind the wheel experience. Where I have had less than positive experiences with men treating me as though I was not prepared or in some way uninformed about what I wanted, that was not the case at all with Stefano. He took me seriously almost immediately, I'd say in less than 5 minutes he had qualified me as a good potential client, and by that we were able to negotiate quickly and straight up, make a good deal for both of us, and after just 2 1/2 hours, I was driving away in my new "hot" black RDX. We took the ILX for a spin and got my car appraised shortly thereafter. We talked numbers, and without much negotiation we got where I wanted to be. Unfortunately I didn't buy the car that evening (I agreed with my significant other I would sleep on it and not immediately buy). One week later I went back to Criswell and decided to make the purchase and I couldn't be happier! Stefano was so nice and knowledgable and took the time to show me all of the car's features. The finance guy, Jerry, was super nice too. He took the time to explain the optional items like extended warranty, gap insurance, etc and he answered my questions. He definitely wasn't pushy about it. I felt so comfortable in a situation where I'd normally be a nervous wreck. I spoke to Kae and gave her a shot but made it clear she was not the only dealership I was working with. I test drove a car but was not looking to purchase at that time. I contacted her via email when I found what I liked. It was a busy day for their office, but Alan offered that I could call him on his day off. That was impressive. I came to the dealership, test drove the car and was out quickly. I have a 3 yr old and everyone helped keep him entertained. Kae changed my opinion of the dealership.
