Went to a dealer in NW Baltimore and was very disappointed with the sales person's lack of knowledge and professionalism. Went into Criswell and began negotiations with Cory. Immediately was impressed with his knowledge of Acura cars and Acura's competitors, coupled with his easy approach while still being attentive to all my questions. Lamont assisted and just put me more at ease and gave me a great price without the anxiety. Financing took only minutes. These men are top notch. Service/New purchase I own two Acuras - TL and MDX. I took the MDX in for service and the TL in as a trade in. I've always made a point to see Mark as my service manager I own two Acuras - TL and MDX. I took the MDX in for service and the TL in as a trade in. I've always made a point to see Mark as my service manager but as he moved up in the department I met Frank. I found Frank to be a joy to speak with and curteous. As I moved over to the sales department I met with Jason. He was a joy to work with and made my sale of a new RLX Advance package a joy. Then there was Jerry and he sealed the deal. Thank you Jerry. Criswell Acura Annapolis will always be the place to go. Many cudo's go to these three people and i hope to see them during many services. More

Criswell Acura Repeat Customer - Another Great Experience I moved to the Annapolis area in 2005 and first became acquainted with Criswell Acura for service of my 99 TL. In 2009 I purchased a new TL from Cris I moved to the Annapolis area in 2005 and first became acquainted with Criswell Acura for service of my 99 TL. In 2009 I purchased a new TL from Criswell and had a great customer experience with pricing, delivery and service after the sale. I had all my service performed at Criswell and the staff was always attentive, professional, efficient and took care of my car as if it was their own. With the new 2015 TLX out, it was an easy decision to return to Criswell for replacement. Jason Chan was my sales rep and he did a terrific job explaining the improvements and new features of the TLX over my 2009 TL. Jason stayed in touch with me as I took my time comparing the TLX to other brands. There was no pressure from the dealer. Jason and the Sales Manager Lamont Randall provided me with competitive pricing on the TLX SH-AWD Advance, matching the USAA discount available, and great value for my trade-in. Having all of the recommended service performed at Criswell made it easy to offer an excellent trade-in value as they knew my car had been properly maintained. I've had my new TLX just over a week and it is a much improved car over my 2009 TL. I would highly recommend Criswell Acura and my sales rep Jason Chan if you are in the market for a new car. More
