Terrible experience I went to this dealership based on a recommendation from a friend. I was treated well by the salesperson, and when it came time to deal with a manag I went to this dealership based on a recommendation from a friend. I was treated well by the salesperson, and when it came time to deal with a manager named Alan, - he was extremely rude. He told me not to "waste his time" and threw my keys at the salesperson to return to me, as I chose not to entertain a very poor price for my trade in car. I had done my homework regarding the value of my trade in, and Alan was clearly not pleased. I would not recommend purchasing a car from this incredibly insulting dealership. The salesperson was great, however the insulting behavior of the manager, over-rode any appeal to ever purchase a car from this dealership. More

We initially test drove the vehicle we wanted 3 months prior to the actual purchase as we were still undecided. During the test drive, neither Nate nor Lamont were insistent that we take home the vehicle right away, (as we expected dealers to be) and just listened to our concerns and requests. We never felt like we were pressured to get the car right then and there. Once we decided to finally purchase the vehicle, we went the usual route of searching for dealerships that were offering the price range we were looking for. We did find one, however ,they were not as accommodating and as courteous as the Criswell Team. Thus, we went back to them. It was beyond our expectations that They MATCHED the OFFER. We signed the deal a few days before a holiday, and had to wait for the arrival of the actual stock we wanted. The waiting was never impatient as updates were provided on a daily basis. They even gave us freebies for waiting for a few days. Come the actual claiming of the vehicle, we were oriented with pretty much anything and everything the vehicle had to offer, without much need for probing and inquiry. We can never be happier with our new purchase, together with the team who has made the experience easy, fun and uncomplicated for us. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous I was in the market for certified previously owned Acura TL and working with several dealers in the MD/VA area. Upon visiting Criswell Acura, I was i I was in the market for certified previously owned Acura TL and working with several dealers in the MD/VA area. Upon visiting Criswell Acura, I was impressed with the professionalism & knowledge of the Sales Consultant - Al Zayas. While I was looking at the 2013 TL, Al inquired about my interest in the TLX line as there were several cars from their loaner fleet available. I was now interested in the TLX and had to consider whether or not I wanted to raise the ceiling of my initial budget for another car. During negotiations, I also met with the Sales Manager, Alan Hannon, who also impressed me by not being too aggressive in working to close a deal. I had an appointment with another dealer the next day and told Al & Alan that I would follow up with them by the next afternoon. The next day, I was at Rosenthal Acura to see what they had available in the TLX line. The difference between these two dealerships was vast. Rosenthal had the appearance & attitude of the stereotypical "Used Car Dealer" Lots of activity with an emphasis on closing the deal soon or moving on to another customer. I did not receive the same level of customer support that I felt from the staff at Criswell and decided to return that afternoon to close the deal that we had in place the previous night. I highly recommend Criswell Acura. More
