(The car is awesome, too, and handled like a champ during the 7 hour drive home to North Carolina in the pouring rain.) Within 5 minutes, Alan outlined the purchase and service history of the vehicle and exactly what the service department had replaced during the mechanical review of the vehicle. He was also very helpful in outlining how they handle (frequent) out-of-state purchases and our options to hold or purchase the car. He hooked us up with Kae Engel, who sent us a dozen photos, provided us with more details about the condition of the car, followed up with me on her day off and never made me feel like I was bothering her. There were a few issues that came up when we arrived to review the car in person and they treated each question with professionalism and respect. (Their service tech even crawled under the car with my husband, and then they both crawled under several others for comparison purposes.) No games, very straightforward and conscious of our time. Overall a great experience and I'm really glad we had the opportunity to work with them. More

Monday Night-RDX Walked in on a Monday evening, 7pm, to the sale department and was greeted by Stefano. He was non-aggressive and quick to establish a rapport. Stefano is knowledgeable of the models and available options. Test drive was a true test drive, some low mph residential streets, highway and in-between. Test drive was a chance to see the features, blind spot warning, lane assistance, and engine performance. When we got back from the test drive, I learned staff proactively was having my trade-in appraised. This was not a tense price negotiation, open about pricing, invoice vs. MSRP, accessories, options. I purchased a car right off the showroom floor. To get the car out of the showroom had to move a few vehicles around. Stefano and team continued to be professional and courteous at 8pm on a Monday night. While I was in finance, car was cleaned and ready to go when I got back. Stefano put the plates on and offered to set up my cell phones. It was refreshing to not be rushed through the purchase with it being near closing time, 9pm. Whole experience took about two hours on a Monday evening. If you are in the market for an Acura, I would recommend Stefano Rinaldi. More
