He answered all of my questions thoroughly and offered a lot of insight int I came in to lease a RDX on a Saturday and was greeted by Stefano Rinaldi. I had gone to do some research thinking I would come back on Monday but Stefano was so helpful that I left with a new RDX that day. The whole process was very relaxed and simple. There are other dealerships closer to me but I'd gladly drive to Annapolis I have been coming to Criswell Acura for 13 years to have my car serviced. Others have been helpful but not to the degree that Mark extends himself for the customer. As long as Mark Scherger is at Criswell Acura, I will continue to have my car(s) serviced there!!! More

Great service, great value Dropped my car off this morning. Pulled right in, already had someone taking it right away. Got a complimentary shuttle to work. Very easy I went to cars.com website. I used the "check availability" option. Within like 10 minutes I got a call from Al Zayas. We talked a bit. He sent me I went to cars.com website. There was none of that. Al was very knowledgeable about the car. He took me for a test drive. He was very nice and there was no pressure whatsoever. I also financed with the dealership and dealt with Dawn Harper. She was also great. Very nice and made things super easy. It was the best car purchase I've ever experienced honestly. More

"Customer Service At Its Finest" I was in the market for a used Honda or Toyota. Most people assume that an Acura Dealership Only has new or used Acuras. Boy I was wrong, the selectio I was in the market for a used Honda or Toyota. Most people assume that an Acura Dealership Only has new or used Acuras. Boy I was wrong, the selection of cars ranged from A to V lol. Criswell had lower prices and lower miles on their vehicles than any other dealership around. Kae was my Sales Associate and was very attentive to what I needed and had far more knowledge that most people I have dealt with. we began test driving vehicles that fit on my price range and they all looked brand new with no scratches or defects that other dealers try to hide when they take photos of their cars. After driving the two vehicles I was interested in we went inside to warm up from the cold weather. Kae offered hot beverages and food without me even asking. I felt like a king, later on I was greated by Alan who was the Manager, thanking me for coming in. I was ready to buy the Honda when Kae told me they had an Acura in the back lot that would fit in Price Range. My eyes lit up and I tried to hide my excitement but it was to late,I fell in Love with the TL. Not only was it a one owner car but it had lower miles for the year. Kae was amazing from beginning to end and made my car buying experience stress free and fun. "Where can I sign" I chuckled to my self, we went inside and Jerry from the finance department was able to beat my credit unions percentage rate. "I'm saving even more money how can it get any better." Jerry was very personable and I felt like I could relate to him he tells it like it is and everything is straight forward when signing the T's and Dotting the I's. A Criswell Customer for Life Dealing with Vance and Alan has changed my attitude towards the car buying process. My fiancé and I test drove the Acura TLX a few weeks before we came back to make the final decision. I went straight back to Vance, and I was pleased to see he remembered me. I brought my 2014 Jeep Grande Cherokee to trade in for my new Acura, and the entire time they had my best interest at hand. I understood they couldn't give me what CarMax quoted for my Jeep, but they explained my options clearly and left nothing to be wondered. While signing the paperwork, Dawn was efficient and you could tell she knew her stuff. It's reassuring to have your questions answered without hesitation and with confidence. Alan and Vance reminded me of my family; they were honest, friendly, and I felt like I knew them for years. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to Criswell for my new Acura! Or Audi :-) More

Awesome from beginning to end My wife and I purchased two Acuras from Kae Engle and Lamont Randall over the course of 3 days. They treated us with such kindness and were both so a My wife and I purchased two Acuras from Kae Engle and Lamont Randall over the course of 3 days. They treated us with such kindness and were both so accommodating from start to finish. Kae even took time to play with our 4 year old daughter for what seemed like hours. I NEVER got the impression that her motivation for being so kind was to make a sale. I believe she is just an honestly great person who cares about PEOPLE, not just customers. I would HIGHLY recommend Criswell to anyone and Kae and Lamont are both unbelievable. The two of them have made my family customers for life! More
