Great Service! I had an intermittent problem - when accelerating, transmission hesitates. Explained issue to Mark and that I would like to have it looked at while vehicle is still under warranty. He DID NOT hesitate! Told me to bring it in right away; set me up with a loaner; checked it out but was unable to reproduce the issue, however, he did research, discovered a transmission software update was required, and take care of everything at no cost! This ladies and gentlemen is true customer service at its best! He could have tried to dismiss the issue; or try to charge me for the loaner while taking his time to "check it out"; or not even offer me a loaner and had me sit around all day. Mark has been the epitome of what a great service manager is all about. He has created trust and rapport with both me and my wife (we both purchased our vehicles from Criswell and get them serviced here with Mark, too). Great work!! More

Pleasant and informative sales team I visited Criswell Acura a couple weeks after attending the Motor Trend Auto Show in Baltimore, and inquired about a lease offer for 2016 Acura TLX 2. I visited Criswell Acura a couple weeks after attending the Motor Trend Auto Show in Baltimore, and inquired about a lease offer for 2016 Acura TLX 2.4L 8-speed DCT (model code UB1F3GJW) advertised in the auto show program booklet. Kae Engel and Lamont Randall confirmed the terms of the lease offer and immediately obtained a TLX in this configuration from Criswell's inventory for a test drive. During the test drive, Kae expertly demonstrated the TLX's features. She provided detailed technical information about the vehicle's dual clutch transmission and the infotainment system and addressed all of my questions regarding these two features. Upon returning to the dealership, Kae presented a nicely formatted lease worksheet for me to take home and review. It included all parameters for the lease including the money factor. Generally, the money factor is not disclosed in retail automotive lease agreements. While it is possible to calculate the money factor by taking the monthly payment (rent charge) and dividing it by the sum of net cap cost and residual value, I find it very refreshing that Criswell Acura gave me the money factor value without hesitation. It's just one example of the customer focused, hassle free, no pressure approach to sales embodied by this dealership. More

Mr. Criswell has an extraordinary team working at his Annapolis Acura dealership. The customer service we received was second to none. We worked with Vance Ellis and Alan Hannon, and Jerry Todd for financing. Each of these gentlemen were knowledgeable and so helpful. Never at any point did I feel like they were trying to make us buy a car. Instead, it seemed like they really wanted to help us make the right decision for our family. Even though we were at a high-end Audi and Acura dealership, and we were looking to purchase a used car for our family, rather than a luxury automobile, they treated us like we were VIP's. I highly recommend Criswell dealership. Seek out the advice and services of Vance, Alan and Jerry.....though I suspect all of the employees at Criswell are extraordinarily professional. Thank you Mr. Criswell for making the car buying process easy and enjoyable. More

But they moved me in without an appointment using the Accelerated Service! Lovely. Everyone is so friendly. I get my starbucks cup-of-joe, enjoy conversation with the Criswell gang, and get sent on my way without the long wait. I also love how they provide me cost options. For example, if I can afford to delay some non critical repairs, they keep my vehicle history and recommend when I should come back in. I must add: the waiting area and restroom facilities are clean and upgraded! Now that they have wi-fi, I can take the laptop and work from there! Full service facility and staff! Thanks guys! Our 3rd Acura We have bought 3 Acura's in the last 7 years. Obviously I love the car but it is really the sales & service experience that keeps us coming back. We know Alan Hannon from his volunteer work coaching, I was complaining about hauling equipment and kids- he tossed me his car keys and suggested I check out the MDX- I was a goner. Alan walked through the options, financing and even setting up our phones which for a non technical person like me was awesome. We bought our 2nd MDX's from him 3 years later. This year after taking an RDX as a loaner while our car was in for service - we decided to downsize. One phone call to Alan with the color and options and the car magically appeared- we took delivery the next day. The process took less than an hour and we walked away very very happy with programmed radio stations and synced phones- now how many people can say that! Michelle M. More
