He is the reason I bought my car from this dealership...I felt I could trust him. Lamont was the second reason I felt comfortable making the deal. He treated me with respect and I did not feel pushed to make any decision I was not prepared to make. He was direct and thorough. Dawn was calm and friendly. She made me feel comfortable as we finalized the financing of the car. While she offered many options, she did not push me to take them, which I appreciate. I have one minor issue with the entire experience--and that is being asked to commit to making a deal sooner than I planned to. I appreciate that I was given a good deal on the price, however, I wish that car dealers would respect our personal timeframes and not pressure us to buy by a certain day. I suppose this is the American way, but I don't understand how it helps customers feel better about the experience. My star ratings reflect this distaste on my part, but I do not hold the individuals I worked with responsible for this. More

In addition, I have serviced several Acuras with Criswell in the past and they provide great service. They have loaner cars or a shuttle if you can't wait for the car to be serviced. Lamont has always been gracious and accommodating whenever we pay a visit to our home dealership, Criswell Acura, for what little reasons we have, like a carwash or detailing. Though we may not have an official business with him that day, he'd still make it a point to greet and speak with us every single visit. Such courtesy and respect. Come the day of our first auto service, Lamont took care of everything, free of charge, and most of all, hassle free, including both a pickup and a drop off. In a few hours, our 2016 MDX was brought back in its finest shape, as if we were just taking it out of the dealership, on its first ride. Kudos to Lamont for his generosity and professionalism, and to Nate Chappelle our primary agent, who gave us service coupon discounts, of which, we can use on our next service visit.
