Never going anywhere else I came into Criswell Acura to look for a new car after totaling mine. I was stuck between two and Alan and Michael helped me make the right decision. I came into Criswell Acura to look for a new car after totaling mine. I was stuck between two and Alan and Michael helped me make the right decision. I am now a proud owner of a 2012 Nissan Altima that runs great and was almost perfect on the inside. Alan helped make sure I was 100% comfortable with my purchase by replacing the old basic version of the radio and replacing it with a touch screen radio that had Bluetooth, and navigation capabilities. With how easy it all was, I am now sure that I will not be going anywhere else to get a vehicle. More

Taking advantage of a women customer BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE AT CRISWELL ACURA!! After taking my TL into Criswell Acura for an oil change, I was informed t BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE AT CRISWELL ACURA!! After taking my TL into Criswell Acura for an oil change, I was informed that my front brakes where metal to metal and needed to be replaced ASAP for $700 plus. After a 2nd opinion, I was told my brakes were perfectly fine. In fact, they had 90% of wear left! This dealership will put the fear of God in you by telling you that your car is too dangerous to drive and charge you for repairs that are not needed. Shame on you Criswell! I have been a loyal customer for many years but not anymore. I will never take my car in again for service yet buy a new car from them. What a bunch of crooks to think that they can take advantage of a woman. Just disgusting. More

Great service experience They were extremely professional and quick. I came in to drop off my wife's TL and was in a rush. I was on a conference call and had to get back to do They were extremely professional and quick. I came in to drop off my wife's TL and was in a rush. I was on a conference call and had to get back to downtown DC that afternoon. So I wasn't in the best mood. They took that in stride, and had me in a loaner and on the road in about 10 minutes. Then the repair itself was quick. They were actually finished that same day but didn't mind us coming back the next day since it was late. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
