Our latest experience was just a little under 2 months ago when we left the sales room with the new redesigned 2017 Audi A4 and a 2016 Audi Q3. To say we are pleased, would not come close to how we actually felt. Unexpected but welcome! I stopped by Criswell late on a Saturday to look at a used MDX. I did not expect to buy the car or get a warm reception. However, what I did receive I stopped by Criswell late on a Saturday to look at a used MDX. I did not expect to buy the car or get a warm reception. However, what I did receive was way better than expected! Alan and Al stayed late and bent over backwards to put me in the vehicle. Is was a bit out of my price range but Alan worked with me in a very honest fashion. Al tracked down some extra keys and made sure the antenna was fixed. After that, it was smooth sailing. I picked the vehicle up two days later with a full tank of gas and a nice shine to it. I will go back the next time I need a vehicle! Thanks Al and Alan!! More
