Honesty, integrity, and superior customer service has been the standard of excellence my wife and I are accustomed to getting when we walk through the dealership door's. Allen has been our primary interface on most of our transactions and we have had equally pleasant experiences with Renzy and Lamont over the years as well. Our latest experience was just a little under 2 months ago when we left the sales room with the new redesigned 2017 Audi A4 and a 2016 Audi Q3. To say we are pleased, would not come close to how we actually felt. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Renzy had rejoined George's top notch staff and Allen and he worked their magic once again. Unexpected but welcome! I stopped by Criswell late on a Saturday to look at a used MDX. I did not expect to buy the car or get a warm reception. However, what I did receive I stopped by Criswell late on a Saturday to look at a used MDX. I did not expect to buy the car or get a warm reception. However, what I did receive was way better than expected! Alan and Al stayed late and bent over backwards to put me in the vehicle. Is was a bit out of my price range but Alan worked with me in a very honest fashion. Al tracked down some extra keys and made sure the antenna was fixed. After that, it was smooth sailing. I picked the vehicle up two days later with a full tank of gas and a nice shine to it. I will go back the next time I need a vehicle! Thanks Al and Alan!! More

David Haines Professional and Polite! David Haines made my last experience at Criswell the best experience I've ever had. He was very polite and extremely professional.
