When I checked in I was offered the option to wait or receive a loaner vehicle. I opted to wait based on the estimated time I was given to have the work completed. The waiting area allowed me to work providing wifi and a workspace. The work was completed within the timeframe Dontae stated and then I remembered some battery issues and asked if I could also have the battery tested. Dontae was accommodating and had it checked giving me the diagnosis and some suggestions on maintaining the battery better since the vehicle has only occasional use. The vehicle was delivered back to me washed and vacuumed. The cost was exactly as quoted. I have had both of my Acuras serviced here and have never been disappointed or felt over charged, More
Excellent Service Every Time My 2001 CL-S type still runs like new with 186k miles, but occasionally does need repair. I dropped the car off at Criswell to stop an oil leak and to check the CVJ boots and other items. Frank Concepcion checked me in and called as the work progressed, advising what repairs were needed and what was not. When I picked the car up late Thursday afternoon, 10/13/16 the cashier (I didn't get her name) asked someone to bring the car to the front, and when they did not return quickly she went out to the service advisors who reacted immediately and brought the car to me, Good recovery, and thoughtful service, saved the 5 star rating. I have two Acura's, and all my service is done by Criswell. Frank is providing the excellent level of service I got used to with Mark Scherger, who is now the Service Manager, and well earned. One final comment, the cashier who checked me in on the morning of 10/11/16 could use use an attitude adjustment, she was cold and unfriendly, the one who checked me out in late afternoon of 10/13/16 provided the very best of service and went the extra mile. More

We recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Acura from Criswell in Annapolis, MD and I would rate the quality of the sales experience on par with Honda quality. With the resources available, everyone should be an "educated consumer". I knew what I wanted and was willing to pay for a vehicle. There was no haggling, hidden costs or gameplay by their sales team. We agreed on a price and completed the buying process in about 2 hours. More

Thanks to all the staff that had a part in making a day easier. It was definitely worth the flight from Cincinnati to Annapolis. My sister and I had a great time driving back to the Bluegrass. I was immediately struck by the lack of a high pressure sales pitch, and decided to make the trip. My treatment by Alan and his sales staff was cordial and relaxed. The deal that they made me on the truck spectacular. I must say However even if we hadn't struck a deal on the vehicle it would have been a great trip. ILX first service. I came in today for my first oil change since purchasing my 2016 ILX. The service expectations exceeded my normal experience with other brand dealersh I came in today for my first oil change since purchasing my 2016 ILX. The service expectations exceeded my normal experience with other brand dealerships. From the top me I drove up until the time I left. The Service Agent stated that it would take about 45 minutes and they would call me upon completion. I returned 20 minutes later and as soon as I walked through the the service center door the cashier called me by name and stated your vehicle is ready. I was blow away. Criswell, you've convinced me. You know have a client for life. I'm sticking with the Acura brand and will recommend it to others. Thank you for a job well done. More

Repair I brought my vehicle in to repair a defective switch. The initial estimate to complete was about 2 hours so I waited in the customer lounge area. Afte I brought my vehicle in to repair a defective switch. The initial estimate to complete was about 2 hours so I waited in the customer lounge area. After about an hour my assigned service rep, Frank Concepcion, provided a quick update that the repair would be complete, car washed and ready for pick-up in about 15 minutes. The customer lounge was very clean & comfortable, periodicals, snacks, and beverages were available, and the morning news was on TV. All employees were courteous and responsive, which has been the case with my previous experiences at Criswell. More
