I worked with Alan Hannon, the CPO Sales Coordinator, most knowledgeable Sales Professional I've met. He and the General Manager worked out a deal for us that was nothing short of amazing. I will seek these folks out when I am ready to buy my next new or used car. I drove two hours to buy my Lexus from this team. It was totally worth it. Get over to Criswell and pick one out. More

I called to get my usual oil/filter change and called Mark as I always do and he responded promptly as he always does. He is so attentive to excellent customer care which is so important. A must for me is having Tom Polidore work on my car and Mark always makes sure that happens. I talked to Tom about having my filters changed and on his advice had my engine air-filter changed. I never have to worry that Tom is having me do something that really does not need to be done as some car dealerships do. He is honest and does an excellent job and I would and will continue to recommend him to friends and co/workers. It was the first time I met Jeanette and she was wonderful as was the gentleman who took the milage… sorry I don't know his name. What I really enjoy is how Criswell treats you like family. The young cashier was great too, in the midst of taking care of customers she made sure the coffee pot had fresh coffee and put out snacks, wonderful touches of making one feel special. It was great seeing Ellen Huard but missed seeing Mr. O'Neill who is a delight. If you want excellent customer care take your vehicle too Criswell Acura, you won't be sorry. More

Excellent Service I came into Criswell Acura to have the windshield electronics reset due to a windshield replacement. When I checked in I was offered the option to wa I came into Criswell Acura to have the windshield electronics reset due to a windshield replacement. When I checked in I was offered the option to wait or receive a loaner vehicle. I opted to wait based on the estimated time I was given to have the work completed. The waiting area allowed me to work providing wifi and a workspace. The work was completed within the timeframe Dontae stated and then I remembered some battery issues and asked if I could also have the battery tested. Dontae was accommodating and had it checked giving me the diagnosis and some suggestions on maintaining the battery better since the vehicle has only occasional use. The vehicle was delivered back to me washed and vacuumed. The cost was exactly as quoted. I have had both of my Acuras serviced here and have never been disappointed or felt over charged, More
Excellent Service Every Time My 2001 CL-S type still runs like new with 186k miles, but occasionally does need repair. I dropped the car off at Criswell to stop an oil leak and to check the CVJ boots and other items. Frank Concepcion checked me in and called as the work progressed, advising what repairs were needed and what was not. When I picked the car up late Thursday afternoon, 10/13/16 the cashier (I didn't get her name) asked someone to bring the car to the front, and when they did not return quickly she went out to the service advisors who reacted immediately and brought the car to me, Good recovery, and thoughtful service, saved the 5 star rating. I have two Acura's, and all my service is done by Criswell. Frank is providing the excellent level of service I got used to with Mark Scherger, who is now the Service Manager, and well earned. One final comment, the cashier who checked me in on the morning of 10/11/16 could use use an attitude adjustment, she was cold and unfriendly, the one who checked me out in late afternoon of 10/13/16 provided the very best of service and went the extra mile. More
