I had some warranty work that we wanted to have done before the warranty was up on our 2007 MDX. We did not buy the MDX at Criswell, but Chris Thomas in service bent over backwards to help us at every before the warranty was up on our 2007 MDX. I worked nearby, and he arranged for me to be taken to work after dropping the car off every time. Chris is fantastic and the type of service person that any dealership would LOVE to have. I am not a big car person so my husband picked out five styles for me to look at and test drive. The acura TL was one of my top two choices and I had a hard time picking out my favorite car. If it were not for our salesperson, Alan Hannon, I would have probably chose a different car. Alan was very cool to work with and made buying a new car very fun and exciting. He has been very helpful and willing to show me all the cool gadgets of my new car at any time. I would definitely recommend asking for Alan if you are interested in test driving and buying any of the cars at Criswell Acura. More

Alan contacted me promptly after receiving my internet request and worked with me to find the car I wanted at the price I needed to be at. Criswell Acura accommodated my schedule in delivering the car and Alan continues to go out of his way to make certain that I'm comfortable with the car and using all the features that the TSX has to offer. Alan was easy to work with and genuine in his approach to the entire transaction. I never felt pushed or rushed into making my decision which is very important to me when I'm making such a large purchase. The whole experience was very positive and I highly recommend Alan Hannon and Criswell Acura for your next car purchase. More
Probably the best experience I have ever had buying a car and parting with my money. I started out with an inquiry through the internet from various dealers and different makes of cars. I looked at the Acu and parting with my money. I started out with an inquiry through the internet from various dealers and different makes of cars. I looked at the Acura TL at my wife's request to make sure I looked at all the cars in this class. Alan returned my inquiry very promptly and with a personal touch, where as other dealers and sales personnel would return a sometimes less then personal response. I set out to test drive the TL that day based on the response. Alan greeted me with a smile and friendly demeanor. I told him that I probably wouldn't buy the TL, and my reasons, but gave him the opportunity to show me the car and tell me everything I wanted to know. Alan did just that. Needless to say the car is fantastic, it checked every box for what I wanted in a car, but most importantly had it not been for the passion and knowledge that Alan possessed about the car, his dealership and Acura I still wouldn't have bought the car. Alan sold me on the relationship, the car, the brand, and made the transaction seamless and easy. I would put the Acura in the top 5 when it comes to cars I have owned and ever driven and I would put Alan in the number 1 spot in terms of car sales representatives. Also, I have full confidence in the dealership and being treated with class and comfort for the duration of the time I will own this car. Clean, nice and classy dealership. More
I just drive home my new 2010 Acura TL and couldn't be happier, not only with the car but the experience I had buying the car. Never have I had that much fun buying a car. I wasn't even planning on buying an Acura for various reasons, but after getting a very personal email from Alan I was compelled to visit and drive one. Alan was very informative, passionate, and all around fun to talk to about my car. Even though the car really is a nice car, I firmly believe that I bought this car because of the drive, features, and the sales person. I am a BIG Alan Hannon fan and if you are looking for a new car, please go an seek out Alan Hannon for a new car. You will not regret it. Please note, I was test drove 6 other cars and not one of the sales reps on the other test drives were as knowledgeable or personal. Great experience! More
I have been bringing my 03 TL Type S Acura to Criswell since day one and now I have 150,000+ miles on the car. This is directly due to the immpecable service work (Junior and team) provided by the servic since day one and now I have 150,000+ miles on the car. This is directly due to the immpecable service work (Junior and team) provided by the service team and the accurste expertice of my service advisor, John Rokos. John always takes care of me with first class direction and hospitality when I am there. In fact the entire service team, including Chris and the others are always extremely pleasant to chat with while I am there. Going the extra mile late on a recent Friday evening, Junior and John took time explaining the problem to me when I brought the car in for an urgent Transmission problem; Junior even showed me how the transmission fluid smelled burnt as a result of the problem. John was able to negotiate a 50/50 split with Acura on the transmission problem due to my loyalty over the years...this is exactly what you want to happen when you develop a long term relationship with a dealer and their staff. Overall this is a first class service department and dealer. I could go on and on, but I will just say I 100% recommend this dealership. More
