The computer system was not fully operational which slowed the purchase process. Mr. Grasmic took care of us and very clearly explained the financial end of the purchase. I saw the new Q5 and had to have one so I Called Dwayne Jennings at Criswell Audi. I had bought an A3 from him in March and the deal went very smoothly and professionally. Its an suv which really handles like a car and gets similar fuel economy as my A3. So much for less is more. When I went to the service department to add a tow hitch, mud flaps and cila jet paint coating I got right in, got a loaner and the work was all done within 24 hours. Ray Johns was my service writer and he kept me update several times aday as to the status of the job. Again Smooth ,easy,professional, hassel free. Just like you would expect of a dealer where you just dropped 45 large on a car. Highly recommended More

They were very good communicating with me via e-mail to find the right model and begin price negotiations. By contrast, another Audi dealership in Virginia told me that there was nothing they could do for me when I wanted a model priced lower than any on their lot. Criswell was much more willing to listen to my specifications and work with me to earn my business. More

I was referred to Greg Kaplan from a friend and it was a great experience. I walked in and asked to see the available Q5's available. After returning, I received a fair price below retail price for a 2010 car and even got maintenance thrown in with the deal. The best part of the process was that I didn't feel pressured at all and there was no games involved that you see with other dealers where there is the guy in the office who the sales people go back and forth with. It was worth the extra 30 minute drive to go to Criswell. On the same day, I was at a different dealership where they wouldn't go below MSRP which was ridiculous. I would buy from Criswell again. They did a great job on all of these areas of the sales and service process. Greg Kaplan was fantastic at matching me up with exactly what I wanted deal-wise. He was extremely flexible and responsive to my needs. He is a real professional which you generally don't find in this industry. Adam excellently got my car ready and trained me on all teh features and functionality, and Dave was very accurate and expeditious on the finace side of things. The dealers that are nearby my home would not or could not do these things. Normally I would like to deal locally (we live in DC area about 50 miles away) but I would say these guys are head and shoulders above all the Audi dealers I dealt with in the local DC area, and make it worth your while to drive the 50 miles to their dealer. I would highly recommend this dealer to others that are even farther away than I am. Also I would go out of my way to purchase my next vehicle from them. They collectively make car buying a fun, informative and expedient (important for me)experience....as opposed to what it could be and ususally is with other dealers. Best regards. More
