I had been looking at the A5 for quite a while, but also considered the TT. After test driving both over the past several months, I opted to purchase a 2009 A5. I also visited Tischer Audi, but chose to come back to Criswell since I purchased my last two Audis there, and enjoyed my previous experience with Criswell and receiving reassurnaces from George Criswell on my previous purchase. Initially, I felt that the Sales Manager was being less than honest with me on pricing and infomed my sales consultant of this. Greg Kaplan called me the next day to clarify the pricing, so all was ok. Jerome Snoddy (Sales rep.) was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process, and saw to it that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I also recieved subsequent invitations to return to the dealership to get better acquainted with the various features of my car should I need them. Overall, I am extremely happy with the A5 - it is a greatr car, and my purchasing expereince has been very positive and satisfying. More

My wife and I were looking for a new 2008 A4 to lease. Within 24 hours we had put down a deposit and driven up to Annapolis to get the car. Rod stayed well past when he was due to get off and made sure we knew all the parts and tricks of the car. The whole process was easy and painless, even the financing part. We have have to take the car up and have some accessories put on and both the service and parts staff have been pleasant and accommodating. The whole dealership and it's staff are wonderful to work with and we look forward to leasing or purchasing another Audi from them. More
