Came in for a steering binding problem, on my '06 A-4 Cab. (3.0 Liter, Quatro). They (Dick Shivone as my consultant) and every one else were, AGAIN, so friendly and helpfull with accepting me and the aut Cab. (3.0 Liter, Quatro). The Criswell Audi dealership is outstanding in both sales and service. I had my new S5 in for placing a lo-jack and a CellaJet treatment. Mr. Schiavone and his collegues could not have been more friendly and precise in their treatment of my car. Also, they had the work done in the time they said it would be completed. While I was provided a loaner vehicle, the Waiting Room in the Service Department was neatly kept and refreshments in the form of coffee and bottle waters were provided. This is not the first visit since my wife has an Audi also. Both times we have been there, the same professionalism and exceptional customer service have been prominent. More
We began working with this dealership in September when we ordered an S5 which was ordered from the factory in Germany. Throughout each phase we were notified by Mr. Eflund and Greg Kaplan, the Sales Manager, on the phase of this transaction. The vehicle arrived on the day we were told it would be at the dealership. The Finance Department was extremely helpful and even, the firm's President, George Criswell made himself available to us when we concluded the sale. Having had relationships with auto dealers throughout the country, this is the first time we can candidly say we were treated like good customers throughout the process. We recommend Criswell Audi without reservation and will surely return again. More

I own, what is now, a six year old TT Roadster. From the very beginning of the relationship with this dealership, I was most heartened by the willingness to communicate and ability to resolve. My car is the most competently designed and built machine I've ever owned. But what makes it superior in my opinion is the very fine support and care that have been unstintingly offered by Criswell Audi from the very beginning. The car came with a four year/50K mile maintenance guarantee. The Service Dept. not only lived-up to the letter of the guarantee, but in my opinion, far exceeded the bare bones necessities - again in attention given to the car, communication about the car, willingness to explore and resolve possible and actual concerns about the car, and real resolution of maintenance issues. To be sure, because of the quality of the car, none of the concerns have been "major" concerns, but it helps to keeep a great car great when the service for that car is of consistently of the highest quality in fulfillment. And with no noticeable or unreasonable financial penalty this quality of service has continued without let-up beyond the warranty period. A special word is absolutely necessary about Service Representative Dick Schiavone. In all my years as an automobile consumer, I have never known anyone who has been able to put me completely at ease about the well-being and competent care of any of my cars. Not only is Mr. Schiavone very knowledgeable about the car and its systems, he knows better than anyone I've ever had experince with about how to communicate with the customer in a solid, informative and re-assuring manner. He is very forthcoming with all pertinent information and is excellent in couching the issues in real language rather than insiders' "mechanicspeak." For this alone he is worth his weight in gold as a public face of the dealership. And not to be overlooked, Dick is just a really good down-to-earth human being who makes you glad to know him as a person. Finally, I don't know that it would be possible for the true existence of the qualities I have written of were it not for the business context of the Criswell Audi dealership. They sell one of the very finest automotive products available in the market today. But if there were not a deep company commitment to the customer as well as the product, a clear dedication to over-arching integrity, and a year-in-year-out reliability built into the Criswell company and its very fine interlocking systems of management, training, facilities, sales and service, it probably would not be possible to find 250 words to express a customer's enduring appreciation. More
