I will not deal with Ron Farmer anymore after he called me "snotty." I took my car in for service on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. for a scheduled appointment because the indicator light came o me "snotty." I took my car in for service on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. for a scheduled appointment because the indicator light came on for the tire sensor. A guy with a little handheld gizmo checked each tire and said one of the four tire sensors was bad. I waited while one was replaced that day and paid $100. But the next day, the tire sensor indicator was on again. When I called to say the indicator was still on, I suggested maybe they replaced the wrong sensor, and that's when Ron called me "snotty." I was not being snotty; I was trying to troubleshoot with him. I told him my husband would bring the car back because I did not like how Ron talked to me. Ron would not give me a time or date for my husband to bring the car in. He said "whenever" but not in a carte blanche fashion - he was refusing to give us an appointment. A few days later my husband took the car in and it got fixed, but nobody ever explained what was wrong. I still think the service department replaced the wrong sensor the first time around. More

I love my XT4 but was a bit disappointed with my delivery experience. The tires were low psi and I was told if the mechanics were in they could address it. They did not get the windshield cleaned and it is still all smudged on the inside. I also drove off with the msrp sticker still on the back inside window. Lastly, one hour before we were to pick the vehicle up I was called and questioned putting the car in my name only because I did not work. Why did it take 2 days for this to come up? I told Scott at Crestview that the Blazer I was turning in had been in my name only. Finally, I texted Scott on December 11 to inquire about my test drive visa card. I have not heard back in over a month. I was just surprised that the service I received at Mike Savoie for my last several vehicles was bettter than a Cadillac experience. I literally walked in the door on a Thursday night and chose the car. I wasn't a demanding customer, I just expected more from a Cadillac dealership. I almost purchased my car a month earlier at Suburban Cadillac, but when I was ready to purchase, Crestview was the dealership with the color combination that I wanted. More
