I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment for an oil change, air filter replacement and tire rotation. I waited at the dealership for just under 3 hours during the scheduled service that should not have change, air filter replacement and tire rotation. I sat through 3 hours of Jerry Springer on your television competing with the music from the overhead speakers. I also agree with other comments that the parking lot is in poor condition. More
