I always get excellent service at Crestview Cadillac. When I went last week the Service Manager, Chris Cannizzaro, made sure I had the My Cadillac app where one can earn points. I did not and he helped When I went last week the Service Manager, Chris Cannizzaro, made sure I had the My Cadillac app where one can earn points. I did not and he helped me obtain it. It turns out I had many points in which to use. During my visit Chris gave me updates on when my service would be finished. When my service visit was completed, he explained everything thoroughly. It was a pleasure to see yet another helpful person in the Service Department at Crestview. More
