I had an 7:30am appointment to get my car fixed and had to take the day off work. I dropped my car off in the morning, they said it should be done in 2.5 hours including getting an oil change and tire rota to take the day off work. I dropped my car off in the morning, they said it should be done in 2.5 hours including getting an oil change and tire rotation. I called them 5 hours later and the oil change was done but the technician to repair my car didn't show up for work. They offered to do it another day but I didn't want to use another vacation day. They eventually fixed it, but oil change and tire rotation was more expensive then quoted over phone. More
