Nice service personnel but i was asked for $199 for a fully inspection on noise diagnostics. Fixed something else and charged about $1200 to do INJECTION INTAKE SERVICE WITH THROTTLE BODY CLEANING. Recom fully inspection on noise diagnostics. Fixed something else and charged about $1200 to do INJECTION INTAKE SERVICE WITH THROTTLE BODY CLEANING. Recommended to change the timing belt said as maintain schedule due, but did not check AC belt ( a noise still there when AC was on and they could not find out a worn out AC belt which totally broke and fell down in a month later) , disappointed it! Would like to talk with top Mgt team to improve their technical team. More

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Can't see to get anyone in service to return a call. Have left messages with reception and still no return call and this isn't the first time. Seems every service advisor we get, they leave Crest. I was hoping when the dealership moved to Frisco things would change -- that hasn't happened yet. If I end having to take my vehicle to Sewell (where I have previously bought two vehicles) that is where I will buy my next Volvo not Crest. I truly don't believe asking for a return call is too much to ask. More

So far, I’ve found their service department to be great! I’ve had my car in a few times for general maintenance things. This last time, I decided to use their complementary pickup/drop off service. It’s a nice option, but appointment times were not adhered to. They had to delay my pickup time By an hour and did call to make sure it was ok. I said. I agreed but they didn’t arrive until 45 min after the new appointment time. This is fine if you work at home or won’t be going anywhere, but if you have a more rigid schedule and can’t wait for them, then it would be best not to use the valet service and just take your car in yourself. Everyone there, especially service advisor Lyn Ford, is exceptional. They go out of their way to make you feel as if you’re the only customer they have at present. Lyn Ford has been my advisor for years now and he never fails to go over what my car needs in a manner that I understand. He will tell you what needs to be done immediately and what can wait; he doesn’t waste your money! Selwyn Harris, salesperson, is an awesome guy, too! He’s sold me the last two Volvo’s I’ve had. Unfortunately, he outdid himself with the one I have now because I LOVE my car! So it’s been a while since I’ve worked with him but you’ll be in for a treat if you’re looking for your next Volvo. If you haven’t tried this dealership, you’re missing out. More
