As always, the service from start to finish was impeccable. Immediately, I was greeted with a smile by Francisco on the drive, which is always pristine and spotless. Tina helped me with my loaner car and was very cheerful and efficient. Luiz took me to my loaner car and made sure I didn't have any questions before driving away. Lyn Ford, my service advisor, did an amazing job servicing my car as he always does. I appreciate his level of service and professionalism each time I bring my car to the dealership.
