The service done was fine and handled the issues presented. The administration and communication were not good at all. Two stars is generous. 1st scheduled appointment was on Jan 13. I showed presented. The administration and communication were not good at all. Two stars is generous. 1st scheduled appointment was on Jan 13. I showed up but "oops we don't have a loner for you". "I'll call you later today or in the morning when I get one lined up" - no call. I rescheduled and dropped the car at 10 AM on Feb 3rd. Simple service: ZAKTEK, oil change and door lock repair. Inspection added engine filter changes. Next day I hadn't heard anything but at about 1PM the on-line tracker said service was done & on to "final touches". At 3PM I called to check on the car (trying to avoid driving up in rush hour traffic). Reception couldn't get hold of ANYONE in service! I had to leave a message. Got a call about 4. The check out procedure was fine. More
