John always takes excellent care of me. I had a warranty item that was back for a second look and he jumped on it and got it fixed! DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!I read all the rave reviews online but I almost feel like the reviews are paid for considering the type of service I recieved. On 9/1/2020 I drove an hour to purchase a vehicle online but I almost feel like the reviews are paid for considering the type of service I recieved. On 9/1/2020 I drove an hour to purchase a vehicle I had looked at on 8/26/2020. I had asked manager Jimmy Hendrix if I could get the car looked at for 2 hours to get it checked and he was adamant about not letting the car leave the dealership. Before purchasing the vehicle I noticed that there was only one set of keys and I was told by the salesman Felix Villatoro that he would "look for them and get back to me". Unfortunately, that was just the first of MANY issues. I immediately drove from the dealership to Modern Mercedes Repair Specialist to have the car gone over and assessed. After an assessment of the vehicle there were NUMEROUS ISSUES! On top of no extra keys, I was missing all my tire sensors, there was moisture and a crack in the front driver headlight, the back passenger brake light lens was broken, all the wheels were out of alignment, it needed a brake fluid change BAD!, both the engine and cabin air filters were extremely filthy, and the brake pads and rotors were at 35% or lower. I must tell you that this is a 2017 Mercedes C63 AMG that was in this condition as well!! After reaching out numerous times to the dealership and getting ignored, I decided to leave a negative review. After leaving that review, manager Jimmy Hendrix reached out to me asking why I left the review and didn't talk to him (which I attempted 2 times). He acted friendly and said he would rectify the things that were wrong with the car IF I promised to take down the negative review. I told him I had no problem taking it down if they did the things that they claimed to have done in their 108 point inspection in the first place. Never heard a word from him after that. I reached out to him and he said that Brent Upton was taking care of it and consulting with Modern Mercedes Repair about the issues. After days of hearing absolutely nothing at all, I reached out myself to Mr. Upton. he did pretty much the same thing as Mr. Hendrix before him. He acted very concerned and promised to fix the situation and begged me to give him until Monday morning and he would fix it (By this time it is now Friday afternoon, 9/11/2020, 10 days after the purchase). Monday morning 9/14/2020 came and went and I never heard a single word from Mr. Upton or anybody else at the dealership for that matter. Today is Tuesday 9/15/2020 and I still have yet to hear from anybody. All together, the total on all the things wrong came out to be $4,508.84. And this is after I paid over $46K CASH for this vehicle from them. This wasn't even financed!! Again, don't fall victim as I did by believing the reviews,. Everybody knows that reviews can be bought and or compensation of some form can be given for positive reviews and I'm almost positive this is the case with Crest Infinti. I would't recommend this dealer to anybody up to and including my worst enemy. it was that bad of an experience. Beginning to end. only out for your money. More
