Not the greatest experience. Fred the sales rep was nice and professional, however, with all of the scam ad on nonsense they tried to run past me, about $3500. We went ahead and bought the CRV anyway because we came to a mutual agreement that I was OK with us in the end. I know they put all of this extra items or services on the the vehicle to make as much money as possible. And some people go for it. And the $799 documentation fee is beyond outrageous. NEVER let them con you or make you feel like you have to pay that full fee, you DON'T. More
