Unbelievably amazing experience! All I can say is wow! From the moment we drove onto the lot we were greeted with a friendly smile and a positive atmosphere. We had been to another dealership in town but Crest Honda had a larger inventory and had the color and trim in stock that we were looking for so that is how we ended up at the dealership. Not only did they have a larger selection of cars, they blew the price we were quoted at the pervious dealership of of the water! We were shocked! Nate D. Allen sat with us in his office area and walked us through the entire process. He was so knowledgable and personable. He made us feel so comfortable with our decision and answered all of our questions. He was speedy and made the process breeze by. This is the first Honda I have owned and I can say I am elated to be part of the Crest Honda family! We will be coming back for years to come! More

Had I already been to closer dealerships ? The answer is yes. So ...... after learning about Crest I got online and discovered the "Certified" Accord I had been seeking. Nate called and I found him personable, an excellent communicator, a young man of integrity, willing and did go "the extra mile". . Arriving at Crest on a busy day ...... Without giving any attention to the weather conditions, he introduced himself as Nate Allen, and asked how he could best assist me. We continued to walk through the lot getting drenched, but Nate didn’t mind at all. He was very knowledgeable of the different cars, and didn’t try to push me in any direction. He just gave me the facts, and answered all of my questions - which I really appreciated. I had a great experience working with Nate “The Singing Salesman”, and if he is still selling Honda’s in 30 years when I need to replace this one, I’ll be buying it from him! More

However; from the time I pulled in, Nate greeted me and my wife and offered to help us if we wanted to take the time and look around even though the recommended associate we went in looking for was not there. Nate was very professional and courteous. He was also sensitive to our time because my wife was on her lunch break. He pulled 2 different cars, washed the pollen off them so that we can look at them up close or test drive if we wanted to. More

Nate was waiting to great me as soon as I pulled in and we go I went to Crest Honda for my first ever car purchase and I don't regret it for a second. Nate was waiting to great me as soon as I pulled in and we got started right away. He was quick, courteous, and above all a really nice guy throughout the entire process. You can tell right away that he isn't your stereotypical car salesman as he is humble and really wants to help you above all else. I found a car I liked and wanted to sleep on it before I made any decision and he was awesome about it. He kept in contact and when I woke up the next morning I still felt great about the car and Nate and got the process started right away. He was attentive to us the entire time and got us out of there faster than I expected which made the overall experience great. Nate Allen is the guy to go to at Crest Honda!
