Poor Business Practices - MUST READ 3 reviews 1.0 star rating 5/24/2016 We bought a 2016 CR-V on 04/13/16; and on 05/24/16, we find out that they have not paid off our trade-in whic 3 reviews 1.0 star rating 5/24/2016 We bought a 2016 CR-V on 04/13/16; and on 05/24/16, we find out that they have not paid off our trade-in which now is in collections! My husband and I made several calls to Crest Honda this afternoon and no one was available to talk to us about this situation. We were told we would have to talk to someone tomorrow. NEVER again will be buy anything from Crest or any of their dealership which we understand there are several dealerships that they own including BMW, Cadillac, etc., The most horrible experience EVER! It has ruined my credit score and I had a good credit score until this mess! More

Unbelievably amazing experience! All I can say is wow! From the moment we drove onto the lot we were greeted with a friendly smile and a positive atmosphere. We had been to another dealership in town but Crest Honda had a larger inventory and had the color and trim in stock that we were looking for so that is how we ended up at the dealership. Not only did they have a larger selection of cars, they blew the price we were quoted at the pervious dealership of of the water! We were shocked! Nate D. Allen sat with us in his office area and walked us through the entire process. He was so knowledgable and personable. He made us feel so comfortable with our decision and answered all of our questions. He was speedy and made the process breeze by. This is the first Honda I have owned and I can say I am elated to be part of the Crest Honda family! We will be coming back for years to come! More

Had I already been to closer dealerships ? The answer is yes. So ...... after learning about Crest I got online and discovered the "Certified" Accord I had been seeking. Nate called and I found him personable, an excellent communicator, a young man of integrity, willing and did go "the extra mile". . Arriving at Crest on a busy day ...... Even though we took a lot of time deciding , he did not rush us at all . He even stayed after the dealership had close to make sure we were satisfied. He was very patient and respectful .
