I called the next morning and asked about it and the guy was nice, said it was available and that he would set the keys aside. Within a couple of hours I went to check it out and the guy I talked to was busy with another customer. But Brantly Steele was quick to help us out. He said he had only been there for about a week but had previous experience with selling cars. He located the keys and helped us look at the car, all the features and even let us drive it around the block. He was extremely nice and had a great sense of humor. While we waited for him to fill out paper work with the managers he pointed us to the refreshments and food, (popcorn and hotdogs ?). After he helped us out with everything and I was about to drive the car off the lot he had brought up the keycode on the driver side door, I had never used them before because noone ever knew them. But he went above and beyond to find the code and was successful. He made my experience amazing and I'm so glad that I went to this dealership! Brantly Steele is a great new addition to this dealerships team! Good luck Brantly! 😁 More

They were amazing, considering my situation I was on a long distance journey from Raleigh, NC to Dallas, TX and when I was entering Nashville, my Accord informed me that my collision mitigation I was on a long distance journey from Raleigh, NC to Dallas, TX and when I was entering Nashville, my Accord informed me that my collision mitigation braking system was experiencing a fault and as such my cruise control (adaptive and standard) would not function anymore (something that you don't want on a long highway trip). I asked Siri to find me a local Honda dealership and she came back with Crest and I am very happy she did. I called them and the service adviser I spoke to was very welcoming and told me to get the car there as fast as possible. When I arrived there 20-30 minutes later, I was greeted by Zac Harris. This man was the friendliest, knowledgeable, and most accommodating service rep I have dealt with. I explained my predicament and he assured me they would take a look at it shortly. Probably 90 minutes later, he told me I was good to go. The code that came up was apparently a temporary code and simply turning the vehicle off and on would have cleared it. He explained all that to me and when I expressed the fact I felt like an idiot for wasting his time, he assured me I did the right thing. With that, I got into my car (which for good measure they washed) and drove off. That interaction was enough to cause me to write this glowing review. However, the real cherry on top came about 2 hours later when Zac called me to check me and make sure everything was fine. I felt very valued. Sadly, I probably won't ever do business with them again but if I were a Nashville resident, they would be my dealer. More

I had an ov I came in on Saturday, 3/9 for an oil change and a recall that needed to be done. It was a great experience right up until I got the bill. I had an overhead dome light that needed a new bulb put in. I bought the bulbs at Napa Auto Parts, but was unsure on how to get the dome light cover off without breaking it. I asked if while they had it in there, they would put the new bulb in. They charged me $19.95, but were "kind" enough to take 10% off, ultimately charging me $17.95 to pop a bulb in. I understand charging me something, but that was just ridiculous. More

Shockingly Unprofessional The manager of the Crest Honda in Nashville, and the service manager, treated my family with the utmost disrespect. It is hard to understand, since w The manager of the Crest Honda in Nashville, and the service manager, treated my family with the utmost disrespect. It is hard to understand, since we own an aging Honda and could have soon been in the market for a new one (but we will never purchase one again). Avoid this place at all costs. Unethical, unprofessional. Plus service is twice what it costs at the much better Music City Honda. More

After buying t I would never recommend Crest Honda to anyone. I bought a 2011 Nissan Juke and waited over an hour for it to get inspected and cleaned. After buying the car on a Saturday, it stopped working on Wednesday - only 4 days later! It is a push to start and the sensor wasn't picking up on the fact that I was pushing the brake so I couldn't even get my car to turn on. I had to look up Youtube videos on how to find a temporary fix. The next day I took my car back to Crest Honda hoping they would be able to at least take a look at it. When I walked in, the man who helped me with paperwork a couple days prior was at the front. He immediately shamed me for not buying a warranty on the car and actually laughed at me when I asked for them to look at it. It was baffling how rude he was. The salesman I worked with said he talked to the manager who said he would only look at my car if it was a problem with the battery. Because I didn't buy the warranty, they wouldn't help me at all. I hadn't even had my car for a WEEK when I had problems and this dealership not only wouldn't do anything about it, but was extremely rude in the process! I can't believe they can continue to operate with the level of disrespect they show towards customers. We are spending thousands of dollars on these vehicles and they could care less about what happens once they get your money. I will never be returning here to buy another car and I suggest you look somewhere else that actually cares about customer satisfaction. More

Although the sales person was knowledgeable, when we called back to make an offer, the sales person said that the price had gone up by $2,000. Several days later, they said it had gone up another $2,000. Keep in mind that this was a new car, but last year's model. I ended up buying from another dealer for almost $4,000 less with almost no negotiation. It's been almost a month and Crest hasn't sold any of the 20 models they have on their lot and their prices keep going up! I don't know what Crest is thinking, but they certainly don't sell vehicles for a fair price. Everyone else in the area had far lower prices. More
