We found him to be fair, not pushy, friendly, not overbearing, thorough, not too technical. He listened to our needs and desires and presented options that we might be interested in and left the decision making to us. We have dealt with Benny for many years and felt that he was doing his best to get us the best deal possible. As long as Crescent Ford hires sales reps like Benny, we will continue to shop there. We felt like we were NOT being "WHO DOED" what he said was honest and came from the heart. He was NOT in any way pushy or made us think we were being pressured to purchase an automobile. He told us what we needed to know, and shared different options of what Crescent Ford offered, It was all Our Choice and final decision at the end. Thanks to Benny we not only bought a vehicle we love but made a long life FRIEND!!!!! So if you are looking for an honest place to go and someone that's going to tell you the TRUTH about a vehicle go to Crescent Ford and ask for salesman...... BENNY LINK We guarantee you won't be disappointed! AND... we have him looking for another car for our daughter!!! he has followed up with that and has kept in touch with information we have needed. Our specially trained Body Shop Professionals have all the parts, tools and expertise to repair your vehicle's damage. Let our pros fix it right...the first time. Fast, Easy Service. You don't want to wait any longer than necessary to get your vehicle back." Took my truck in for repair after a deer strike. I decided to get the entire truck painted and repaired after they said the paint job was guaranteed for life. After agreeing to pay extra for a full paint job, they said it would take two weeks. At the end of two weeks, they still hadn't finished it. I agreed to give them extra time as I had another vehicle to drive, just not my truck. I got the truck back after five weeks of various excuses. Didn't rush them as I wanted a good job. When I finally got the truck back, they had not buffed the paint out nor had they completed the work. When I pointed out areas that they had not painted, their response was that they don't paint those areas (inside door rocker panel and front of the bed of the truck). I pointed out that the contract stated "paint the truck," not select parts of it. They agreed to paint the rocker panel in another three weeks. I also found that they had scratched the windshield, broken the connectors which hold the door seals on and left them hanging, and failed to clean up the sanding dust inside the cab. While the truck was being painted, with the bed off, I asked that the fuel lines be checked. They found that the gas tank had rusted out around the fuel neck and called and asked if I wanted to replace the fuel tank. I said of course and was charged an extra $400. When I got the truck back, it had no power and determined that the fuel pump had gone bad. I took the bed off and found that the fuel tank they had replaced mine with was a dirty and rusty salvage yard fuel tank, not a new tank as I had assumed. I removed the fuel pump and found that it was clogged with dirt and silt and when I looked in the tank it was filled with silt, mud, dirt, and rust. If I could attach pictures, I would. I took the truck back to the collision center where I showed it to Scott. His response was to shrug as if "Oh well, you caught us. What do you want us to do about it?" I asked if they even checked to make sure the tank was clean and he said that "we never do since it's coming off a salvage truck onto another one." Good to know. His general "whatever" response just spiked my blood pressure. My response was that I wanted the tank cleaned, the fuel pump replaced, the lines purged, and the fuel filter replaced. He said that he would take care of it. A day later, I went to pick up the truck and found that they did replace the fuel filter and flush the lines but did not replace the fuel pump. When asked, he responded that it was fine. I replied that with all of the dirt and trash that went through that pump that it had basically been sand-blasted and now it was bound to fail. He just shrugged and I left feeling more cheated than ever. I got home and found out that yes, they had washed out the fuel tank but did nothing for the rust inside as it was still floating around inside and you could wipe your hand inside and come away with rust on your fingers. I ordered a fuel pump and gas tank and replaced it on my own. It took me fifteen minutes to drop the tank and another twenty minutes to put the new one on. I was not surprised to find that of the two straps holding the tank on, only one of them was tightened up properly. The other strap still had a half inch to go before being tightened up. The fuel pump took all of five minutes to replace. All of this I did for which I had paid them and extra $400 to fix. I called my State Farm agent and told him all that had happened. He informed me that Crescent Ford was no longer one of their premium services to get work done. Wish I had known this ahead of time! He called the General Manager, Tony Bertschi, on my behalf who called me and listened to my story. Afterwards, he thanked me and promised to call me back after talking with his people. Tony called me back a few hours later and agreed to reimburse me for the new tank and pump that I had purchased but would not reimburse me for the $400 I had spent for putting on a rusted filthy fuel tank. He said that they would lose money if they did that. Ha, at least he was honest about that. I asked him if he would like the fuel tank back that they had put on. He said that it was useless to him. My reply was that it was useless to me too. He set up the appointment to get the unfinished rocker panel finished and promised to write a check covering my cost for the new tank and pump. I took the truck in to get the rocker panel painted and the door seals fixed. Four days later, I was told that my truck would be ready at 5:00. I went to pick it up and since it was after 5:00, there was nobody there to review my truck with. I looked it over and yes the rocker panel had been painted... along with overspray on the carpet! COME ON! And no, they did not fix the door seal as it was hanging even worse than before as more of the clips were broken. I'm fed up with the whole thing and will not recommend anybody to go to the Crescent Ford collision center for any type of work. Synopsis: 1. Said paint job would take 2 weeks. Took five. Unless you include the extra week they took to finish the job, then it took six. 2. The scratched up windshield was pointed out to Chris who said that they probably did it when they cleaned up the over spray. When I pointed this out to Scott, he refused responsibility saying they had nothing in the shop that would make those scratches. Really? It must be the only body shop that does not use sandpaper. The problem here is that I can't prove they are lying as I don't have a "before" picture for evidence. 3. Cost me $400.00 for a three hours labor and a $100 rusty, dirty, mud filled junk yard gas that they didn't even put on properly and did no telling what kind of damage to the pump and truck engine. 4. Broken door gasket clips still were not replaced which they agreed to fix even though they have had the opportunity to do so three times. 5. Total time that I have not had the use of my truck since all of this started has been 9.5 weeks. Although I have other vehicles, they are not trucks and cannot haul or pull for which the truck is meant for. 6. Reimbursing me for tank and pump that I purchased afterwards was a nice gesture but did nothing to ease how I feel about the entire episode. 7. Not once during this whole business have I heard the collision center, Scott, show any signs of regret, empathy, or given an apology. I felt like I have been forced to be nice as my truck was being held hostage while they worked on it. 8. The only good thing I can say is that Chris did an excellent paint job on what he did. I just hope that the paint endures with the "lifetime guaranty" which was the reason for me getting the truck painted in the first place. 9. After getting the rocker panel painted, I found over-spray on the carpet and the door seals not fixed properly. 10. At no time do I plan to ever have work done by them in the future and will go out of my way to help others avoid them as well. As I said earlier, I wish that my State Farm agent had told me that Crescent Ford is no longer on their premium service list. Their website, http://crescentford.com/BodyShop.aspx, says “Our specially trained Body Shop Professionals have all the parts, tools and expertise to repair your vehicle's damage. Let our pros fix it right...the first time. Fast, Easy Service. You don't want to wait any longer than necessary to get your vehicle back.” All of the parts? Only from a salvage yard. Experts take pride in their work. Not fleecing their customers by doing sub-par work. Fix it right the first time? No. Or the second, or the third… Don’t want to wait any longer than necessary? Two weeks turns into over two months. If you were treated this way and still didn’t get the job done properly, would you want to go back there? I’m not. More

2014 Fusion SE Purchase I especially enjoyed working with Allan Alexander, our salesman. He's a very friendly and helpful sales rep. I would definitely return to Crescent For I especially enjoyed working with Allan Alexander, our salesman. He's a very friendly and helpful sales rep. I would definitely return to Crescent Ford to work with him again; in fact, (as I mentioned to him personally) he is my all-time favorite sales agent. It was also a great pleasure to work with Kim our finance agent, she was also very helpful, and she provided my wife & I with additional resource information. At this time, I envision my family continuing to engage in a long time relationship with Crescent Ford. Our 2014 Ford Fusion SE is the third new vehicle purchase from Crescent Ford, and I see no reason to go anywhere else. Thank you all and good day. There is nothing that I could offer in reference to improvement. However, I do wish I had listened closer to what Kim was referring to as she was providing us with the sales options; there was an offer of a 60 month finance term arrangement with a deferment of a 90-day payment start. In retrospect, I wish I would have accepted that offer instead of selecting the 72 month offer, but that is not Kim's fault, that's my fault. More

Responding to the listin I had always liked the look of a Town Car. We were looking on Craigslist for Town Cars and ran across a listing for a 1999. Responding to the listing was David Martin. David was friendly and personable on the telephone before we ever met. We had already picked out the car, but he got us a price we could live with. Later David found us a 15-passenger van for our church. He matched the amount of money we had to the penny with a very nice, little-used van. Still later we referred friends to David who also got a van for use in long-distance trips. Yes, we do recommend David Martin and Crescent Ford. More
