Smooth and Effortless Experience I first met Allan about 5 months ago when I just happened to be in High Point and decided to stop into Cresent. My wife and I had been contemplating a Ford Explorer so I just stopped in to see what they had and Allan walked out to talk to me. We talked for about 30 minutes, mostly just friendly conversation. He was not pushy, he was very polite and seemed down to earth and did not try to over sell the Explorer. I walked away with his business card and after shopping other local dealers for a while, I gave Allan a call. I am so glad I did. He went out of his way to find me what I was looking for at the price range I specified and was a straight shooter on every detail. Return of Car / Purchased Another On Dec 31st I purchased a brand new 2013, Ford Fusion. Unfortunately, 3 months later the car was put into the shop (for the 2nd time) and it was foun On Dec 31st I purchased a brand new 2013, Ford Fusion. Unfortunately, 3 months later the car was put into the shop (for the 2nd time) and it was found to have a blown head in cylinder 4 which resulted in several major issues. I was quite unhappy about this and did not feel comfortable owning this car for another 5-7 years. The question that continued to linger in the back of my mind was, "what will happen next?" I decided that I would insist that the dealership give me another new car and take this one back as it seemed like a lemon. Of course, in discussing it with friends and family, I was convinced that I would have a fight on my hands when I got to the dealership to discuss this with them. Much to my surprise, Jeremy, the Gen Sales Mgr made it very simple for me. He asked me what they could do to make this right, and when I told him the only option in my mind was to replace the car with another new car, he simply said, "okay." I was shocked to say the least! It was as easy as that. Jeremy asked me if I wanted the same car (and I did), asked me what specifications I wanted on the car, and within a few minutes, drove a brand new, 2014 Ford Fusion to the front of the dealership for me. It wasn't the same color that I'd originally chosen, but I liked the new one just as much. Within 2 hours of doing some paperwork, etc., I drove off with a brand new car, NO ISSUES/ARGUMENTS from the dealership. I want to personally thank Will, the Service Manager for being honest and oh so helpful, Benny, the salesman for being so supportive and helpful, Kim for making the paperwork easy, and Jeremy, the General Sales Manager for making this such an easy transaction. I would HIGHLY recommend Crescent Ford for your next vehicle purchase. They truly do take care of their customers,not only during the car sale, but after as well! More
