For each of the kids we were looking for a type of vehicle, not a specific model. Dave would watch for used cars entering the lot and would contact me with options. He sometimes had to show several vehicles but we always were able to find a match. Dee is the ultimate professional at his job. Had a call within 2 hours with suggested resolution. I was contacted and told my vehicle was ready, I asked and was given the price for repair. Upon arrival the price had increase by $200. Representative stated he had made a mistake when he gave me the total, which was written down, and asked if I would split the difference. Didn't feel I had much of a choice because I was in a hurry when picking up the vehicle. More
