Drop in Maintenance Overall the experience was good. Polite and professional. However, I had given the Service Advisor multiple discrepancies and he only heard one, or Overall the experience was good. Polite and professional. However, I had given the Service Advisor multiple discrepancies and he only heard one, or so it seems. He seemed rushed and the paperwork was burdensome. I suspect that lead to him missing some of the discrepancies I wanted addressed. Consequently I had to return the next day. In his defense it was a drop in and I was very happy with how quickly they got the work done and the work that did get done was very good. Figure out how to reduce the paperwork load. If you are going to make it that burdensome then you better make sure you get all of the client's discrepancies written up. Seems that is the way you make money anyway, fixing client's discrepancies? Again overall very good, and I will be back! More
