This is Bill Dolan from County Line Nissan. I and other managers spoke with you last night regarding your service visit on your Rogue. Regretfully our service dept did not perform the oil change you had requested as part of your service appointment. I want to publicly apologize to you on behalf of both our sales and service departments, We acted very quickly to get your oil change done this am, and get the vehicle delivered back to you. This is of course a day late, and I have relayed your frustration to all of our managers so we can improve our communication with our customers.
