Our service advisor was Bart and he was great and very communicative throughout the whole process. Also while I was waiting to pick up our vehicle Nathan the manager came to ask us how the service was and communicative throughout the whole process. I will start by saying the road side service was able to come and tow my car to Cadillac which was a huge help in itself. The service center diagnosed the problem and was able to revolve the problem on a ti come and tow my car to Cadillac which was a huge help in itself.
