They know their product and can talk from the simplest to the more technical of terms. I enjoy talking about box engine and performance on the more technical aspects. They could speak on my level! I've been to Courtesy Subaru twice for 6000 mile service, each around $130, for which everything was supposed to be checked. On neither visit was the tire pressure checked despite my having called the Servi each around $130, for which everything was supposed to be checked. On neither visit was the tire pressure checked despite my having called the Service Manager after the first visit to voice my displeasure and was assured that it wouldn't happen again. Well it happened again the second time and I again called to complain and was "blown off". I'm done with Courtesy Subaru..... More
I was a little disappointed. I took my 2019 Subaru Ascent into the dealership because of a bad battery. It was bad and under warranty at another facility, so I replaced it. They I took my 2019 Subaru Ascent into the dealership because of a bad battery. It was bad and under warranty at another facility, so I replaced it. They installed it and I asked them to check the electrical because the battery shouldn't have failed. They did -- and that's all that they did. I got a bill for $200. I thought that was a little high because they really didn't do anything -- expect check for possible electrical drain on the system. More
